I want to highlight how absolutely fantastic Sav has been whilst my husband I navigate a rather tricky and stressful chain. When our offer was nearing its end and lower down the chain were not ready, we changed our plan and Sav turned around the paperwork to make that happen at a better rate in less than 2 hours. Sav has been so helpful, kind and taken his time to explain everything to us. These are big decisions and you do doubt yourself, but having Sav at the end of the phone/email to clarify everything has been amazing. Thank you Sav, if Liverpool ever play Town again (haha) you'll have a place to stay up here (by then we should have finished the renovations)!
