Don't go there
I would give no stars if possible. I arrived on time and the technician plugged in and identified several fault codes, he was very knowledgeable and helpful, he called a few of their suppliers to find me a price for what he thought was the part that I needed. After giving me a printout of the codes and a quote to supply the part and fit it I went to pay at the desk. I was then asked to pay £120 which was to be the initial charge and also to pay extra because the technician had spent time on the phone getting me a price for the part that I needed. I declined to pay all that as how can you justify charging a customer for a technician to get a price for a part over the phone?
