Faulty product and fradulent company

I purchased one of their 512GB SSD from Amazon last year. Exactly one year later the device died, despite it has been used sporadically, two times a month on average. They declare to offer a 3-year warranty on their products, so I sent them an e-mail with the requested puchase invoice attached, asking for a replacement as they promise. Never got any reply and the same gose for the following solicitations. In my opnion this lousy company doesn't manufacture any device, they just collect and rebrand rubbish made by others, so I strongly advise to keep far from it.

DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS

A typical chinese bottom feeding company. Dump drappy product and fade into oblivion when you need help.

OK, bought a m.2 card about six months ago. worked ok, even though performances was not anywhere close to claimed (i have other cards that do, so not my system).

At about six months, stopped working with cryptograhic error messages. Contacted them. after much back and forth where there were claiming it was my system and do a bunch of formats, they offered an RMA. but had to send back at my expense.

OK that is typical. so went to send back via USPS and WOW!! cost to mail was $45!!! that was half of what i paid for the card.

tried again to work with them, offered a reasonable shipping fee but they just ghosted me... have sent several emails, nada... so learned my lesson... buy from a company that has a usa presence (i bought from neway) but they are of no help either.
you have been warned...

Did not work

I bought the KingSpec 2TB M.2 SSD 2280 NVMe Gen4x4, and it was DOA. I thought it was a steal for what it does for the price, but I was of course too naiive and fell trap to this. Do not recommend.
