I tried to give this company a chance…

I tried to give this company a chance since they are black-owned, but after over two months of waiting and inconsistent responses from the owner ... i have to perform this review to protect others in the future.

I ordered from Kayla Parrilla and her company, "King's Play" around mid February ... never received an order number or tracking number. I emailed support 4-5x and reached out to Kayla Parrilla directly on Twitter (Now X). She responded for a little minute on twitter promising to rectify the issue. Shortly thereafter, her support team reached out, but they failed to rectify the issue. They told me my order was confirmed (Which I can prove through email receipts) and it would be to me shortly. They said the attacks in Dubai affected the order lol. I didn't even mind how long it would take for the Bitcoin hoodie I ordered to arrive, but the inability to provide me something as simple as an order confirmation # and tracking number speaks volumes.

Additionally, I continuously followed up, to which I was ignored and never followed up with. The Bitcoin hoodie is dope, but I doubt I will ever get my hands on it.

This company only has a customer-oriented approach if you are a celebrity or an influencer ... an entity that could grow their brand.

For the reasons aforementioned ... I DO NOT RECOMMEND you shop at this company unless you want inhumane treatment and lackluster customer service.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. My order took over a month to ship, and communication throughout the process was extremely poor.
Getting any kind of update was difficult, and when I did receive responses, they were vague and unhelpful. At no point did I feel like my order was being handled with any urgency or care.
If you’re considering ordering from Kingsplay, be prepared for long delays and little to no meaningful communication. I would not order from here again.

Where is my order...

Still waiting on order and she does not communicate on purpose. I see her on twitter all day, but she doesn't even open your message. I just want my money for real because this is so unprofessional. I ordered on October 17th and it still says it has not shipped or anything. She post all day about being rich, yea I bet.

You received your order and you did not read the terms and conditions of your pre-order which is why you felt frustrated, which is understandable. We have it written and bold lettering for all of our customers to understand that it does not ship right away, especially for custom items on the website, but we checked over your order and it was delivered to you and we hope that you enjoyed it. International order

International order. Absolutely no communication from their end I had to ask where my order was they told me there was a problem shipping due to Canada and USA tariffs so they couldn’t ship it. (I live in the UK) waited about 2 months and within those 2 months they say they will send it out. Never did. Then they randomly hit me with a refund a few weeks later but not for the full amount I paid. Only an about 65%. I asked them to refund the full amount they said they wouldn’t because it’s not their fault the order didn’t go to the UK(the other 35% was shipping costs). We went back and forth for a bit but they said it would be impossible to refund the shipping and I said couldn’t you just ask the company for a refund because it wasn’t shipped but luckily I ordered it and paid through Paypal and so I escalated the case through Paypal and forced them to send me back the money. They didn’t even respond with their side of the appeal cus they knew they were dead wrong. Scammers and liars. Crazy Combo

The colour and holes in sweater

I got my order a little late the shipping was really confusing but was pretty fast considering being in a different country. The sweater came in and it was a completely different colour than it looked online and in videos. I ordered the “ash” sweater and as it looked online, it looked grey. But looking at it now it’s more yellowish and hardly any great aspects. And I know it’s supposed to have a torn sort of look, but I didn’t expect to have holes in it that make it easy to rip the material open. The materiel is like felt. But the fit of it is good and has good designs. Just the colour is poor and came with holes in it which seems stupid considering how much it is.

My experience was a few weeks ago in August and I was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived earlier than expected. I wasn’t expecting to get my order so fast because I ordered this from a Ad on Facebook. Also their customer service is amazing. Would definitely be shopping with this brand again !!!

My son recently had me order a tracksuit for him from his company, usually I’m very skeptical about businesses on Facebook, but this business shipped on time but communication could be faster. I got our order in time for my son. Will be ordering again in the future. Tumbs up 👍

Avoid this "company" at all cost! Especially International buyers!!

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Kingsplay Apparel that I feel compelled to share. Back in July 2023, I purchased their white deluxe tracksuit, eager to experience the quality and style they promised. I received a confirmation email promptly after my purchase, complete with an order number. On July 25th, I received another email stating that my order had been successfully shipped. However, this is where my positive experience with Kingsplay Apparel ended.

Despite the assurance of shipment, I never received any tracking information for my order. Concerned, I reached out to their customer support six days later. To my dismay, their response was bewilderingly unhelpful. They asked for the "correct order number," despite me using the very one they had provided in their emails. What ensued was a six-month-long back-and-forth saga of emails. Kingsplay Apparel seemed to pick and choose which emails to respond to, leaving me in a state of perpetual frustration.

Finally, on January 30th, 2024, I was informed of a supposed "huge inconvenience" on their end—a delay with the batch of tracksuits my order was in. Astonishingly, it took them six months to acknowledge this delay. Throughout this ordeal, they never bothered to proactively update me unless prompted by my emails. Eventually, they admitted that they couldn't fulfill my order as they no longer had the tracksuit in stock. Instead of promptly offering a refund, they persistently attempted to divert my attention by suggesting alternative items, which I repeatedly declined.

It wasn't until March 10th, 2024, that I received an email stating my order had been cancelled. They promised a refund, claiming it would take approximately 35 business days to reflect in my bank account.

My experience with Kingsplay Apparel has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their utter lack of communication, failure to fulfill orders, and reluctance to issue refunds have left me deeply dissatisfied. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with this company.

Kings play or PLAYED

I’ve been wanting a few track suitsbfrom this company for a while loved how it looked on instagram even follow them to keep up with the new drops. My birthday is at end of the month 3/31 and i finally placed an order for two suits on february 28th 2024 and havent got a track number no responses or communication from email or instagram oaid $300 just to might not even be able to wear clothes i really wanted for my birthday and i dont rven shop online much and this is why. In case the company see this my order number is 25916. Still waiting for it to come “ if it does “

Unfortunately, we aren’t able to provide photo attachments but the partial refund for the tracksuit that was not available was sent March 25, 2024. The only reason they get one star is…

The only reason they get one star is because you have to give one star to do the review! My daughter ordered a jacket for her 14th birthday which was on Jan.13! We ordered it on Dec. 31st and it came today! Feb. 7th! Then when we contacted kingsplay they were extremely rude! Saying it’s not our fault if you didn’t read the fine print! We contacted them before the mail came, but it’s been over a month and they had the nerve to be rude! Do not order from them!!!

Scam

Scam! Thieves! Dont do it. I ordered a jacket January 8, 2023 and it’s December 2023 and no jacket. Reached out numerous times and did not get a refund or product. She will eventually be arrested. This is definitely a fraud operation.
