Whilst finding urgent accommodation for a family member moving back into the Penwortham area, I can honestly say that my experience with Kingswood Properties and Joe in particular has been fantastic.
Joe has been ion touch several times since taking on the property to ensure that we are happy.
I would fully recommend dealing with Joe and Kingswood.

Highly Recommended for Landlords
Good service provided by Joe and his colleagues. Tenants have always been found in a short period of time ensuring the property is vacant for minimal periods. I have very little time to devote to the management of this property, fortunately I do not need to as Kingswood provide this service with minimal input from myself.

I experienced Kingswood Lettings as friendly, professional and helpful estate agents. They seemed to actually want their clients to find the best deal and were flexible in handling changes to their circumstances. They regularly got back to me and generally made an effort to stay in touch, which sets them apart from many other agents. Mr Graham Sims in particular has made my search for accomodation a pleasant and fruitful experience.
