Paid for a steam key for Gray Zone Warfare, on their product page before check out it said "Can be activated in: Canada" with a green check mark. Had 98% review for ihm.codes, so I hit check out and got sent a key with a region restriction and couldn't use the code.
I put in a support ticket through their website where I claimed the code and put me in contact with the merchant ihm.codes. They asked me for a bunch of screenshots of proof and to reach out with steam support to verify the code is region restricted.
I provided the proof with at least 8 screenshots of my account region, the error message when trying to apply the code, my accounts licenses to prove the key wasn't applied to my account, my support ticket with steam confirming it was region locked and they wouldn't fix it for them. And if all that wasn't enough I recorded my screen of all the requirements they wanted and trying to apply the code.
I tried to stay patient and go through all their hoops, but when I did everything they asked they went radio silent on me and haven't replied to my ticket in days. Probably just dragging on as long as they can so they don't have any obligation to refund me or provide me with a working key.
If you're reading this review, I hope it helps and avoid them. Go with the safe route and buy through steam directly.

The Support still refunded me in only 2 Days.
