I got the wrong size and I have been trying to exchange (which they claim to do for free once) but it's been 2 weeks and NO ONE had responded to my request. They're quick to take your money but then not quick to help when something is wrong.

I would of given 5 stars but when I placed the order I didn’t receive any type of confirmation of the order after I emailed them. I waited a couple of days and still no confirmation. So I contacted Pay Pal and by the end of the day I received a tracking number. They stated they sent a tracking number but I never received one. The ring was beautiful and I’m very satisfied.

I have no complaints about the products, which are great! The returns process felt more cumbersome than necessary. I had to take pictures of the rings I was returning, and I was encouraged to try to keep the rings or sell them locally. Ultimately, they honored their policy, but definitely more friction with the return process than I expected. In the future I will probably try to buy their products on Amazon instead, painless returns there!

Awesome .I originally ordered 1 ring as my wedding band. I was so satisfied with the quality and look and feel that I now own 9 king will tungsten carbide rings. I will definitely be buying more. If you are looking for tungsten then king will is the only place to shop!!!

I paid for 2 day delivery and the ring didn’t arrive for 4 days. Then upon arrival my ring showed up in two pieces. Several attempts to get the issue fixed and didn’t get any response, until I finally had a wonderful team member reach out in a amazingly timely manner and fixed every issue i had and truly did exceed my expxectations for service.

My fiancé and I loved the combination of rose gold and brown. Very unique. But, the size was too small and there was a black mark on the rose gold in the middle of the ring. We tried to order another one, but you all didn’t have it in 9. We had to order it off of Amazon
