Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience

I signed up and received the promotional money they offered. I ended up winning about $200, but when I went to cash out, I was told I could only withdraw $100 and that the other $100 would be confiscated.

What really frustrated me was that no one clearly explained this to me beforehand. If there was a requirement that I needed to make a purchase or meet certain conditions before I could withdraw the full amount, someone should have simply told me that. Instead, they just took the remaining $100 away.

I understand that promotional offers can have terms and conditions, but customers should be given clear information about those restrictions before their winnings are taken away. Had someone explained what I needed to do, I could have made an informed decision.

I left feeling completely misled and disappointed. I would strongly recommend reading every single term of their promotion before accepting anything, because apparently the money you win isn’t necessarily money you’re actually allowed to cash out.
