Absolutely unbelievable service from the get go so I messaged Alfie for a specific watch witch he didn’t have in stock at the time so he went out he’s way and sourced me the watch in a mint condition and a full complete set to say I’m over the moon would be an understatement I’ve just been to pick the watch up now and spent a good hour talking over it and trying the different other types he had in stock something I aim to work towards but you could see how compassionate about he’s job he really is not like these other jewellers out there were they take you’re money and basically chuck you out the shop.absolutely unbelievable lad thank you so much

I had a great experience buying a fantastic Tag Heuer for my son. I was slightly apprehensive about buying a watch unseen online. But having looked at their website and various social media channels as well as reading their reviews here, gave me the confidence and reassurance I was looking for. I had good communication via Facebook Messenger over a weekend and they answered all my questions quickly. Watch arrived the very next day and it is exactly as I hoped it would be complete with box, warranty card, instruction manual and most importantly a fantastic watch.

Got my first luxury watch from Alfie as my wedding present from my wife. Really great experience with the lads at the office. Didn't make me feel daft given that I didn't know about everything involved with a purchase. Everything explained well and a full walk through of all my Tag's features.
