Since then I have not received any refund, and emails are bouncing back, no contact

Fraudulent Website Alert: After making a payment, I didn't receive the cake I ordered.

Upon checking their reviews, I reported the issue to their domain and hosting provider, leading to their hosting being suspended. They can no longer scam anyone since their hosting is now suspended. 🤣

Everyone, please raise a ticket with Razor Pay for a refund and report their scam. You should be able to get your refund within 5 to 7 days.

Note- I'd like to say everyone who are scammer soo far please raised your concern with Razor Pay and they will provide you a full refund with 5 to 7 days.

It's fake...please don't give any order it's cheater just taking money not giving cake

month this people not delivered cake and there is no reply on mails & their customer care number is also not available they have not refunded my money too.

I have ordered for the cake from kinkin and cake to be delivered to kanker on 1st july 2024. but after the successful payment and booking, I have received the email saying we couldn't deliver due to lack of services in your area and amount will be refunded within 5-7 days.
But i have not received my refund amount of Rs 495.
I have sent several email to them but they never reply back and also there is no contact number for customer service or complaint.
This is a big fraud company.

Worst and fraud company they took money in advance and never delivered the cake and they have not even refunded my amount even after multiple reminder. They even open a ticket for refund “Order #42928 Refund Requested “ but i have not received the said amount.

These people are complete frauders...They dont even give an ear to my query and thinking like you will grow in your business....multiple messages and email requests had been done from my side but still you are so insensitive towards their customers. I will not let you do this to anyone or let anyone get fooled by your fraud website and service...I had collected all the terrible reviews of customers and even contacted them...I will share it on my channel and will not let these people sit with ease by digesting anyothers money and that also with no shame...They and their so called fake service will be debarred soon..Please all help me in making them realize the value of their customers.

This is a big fraud company Its been more than 15days this people not delivered cake and there is no reply on mails & their customer care number is also not available they have not refunded my money too.

This idiot got money for cake delivery and neither refunded not processed my order. Don't know how to ban this fraudster from looting others money.

I think this is fake company. They took my order and cancelled it. It has been more than 20 days they have not refunded my amount. I am following up with them but there is no response from them.

My order Id is 42411. Neither they delivered not refunded the money. There is no customer care number

The site is fake.I had made transaction of Rs 649 on 5 th june 2024 In just few minutes my cake order cancelled by kinkin giving reason that service not available in your area and amount will be refunded to you in 5 to 6 days .But still now on 22 June 2024 I am not received refund against cancelled order by kinkin.

They cancel the order after payment saying no service available and doesn't refund.beware
