Keep getting notifications for a review for a product I should have received. My products have not arrived after ample time to be delivered.
Very disappointed.I do not feel I was in the wrong! I have been waiting for MONTHS for must product to arrive.
I keep getting requests for a review but no one to help me with my order

It is extremely frustrating to not have my order complete I have reached out so many different ways. Most common was your request for a review.
Until today no repose has been give to me. Only concerned about my review! Not once was there an attempt to correct the issue(s). Even now still! It has been and still is a waste of my time and money.
I ask again...please refund my money

If i could give them zero stars I would
If i could give them zero stars, I would. Ordered something with the thought that it was located in California, USA because that’s where their distribution center is. Fast forward almost a month later, and still no product. It’s still on hold at a shipment center in CHINA. If I had know it was coming from overseas and would take this long, I would have ordered it else where. I asked for a refund, zero response. Stick with American products supporting American companies. F$#k this company.
