Awful Experience
Avoid at all costs. I placed an order and over a week went by with no shipping conformation or update. I reached out to the company via their email, their website's contact page, and their Etsy shop without any response or clear answer on when the item would be shipped. I eventually had to contact my bank to stop payment. I followed up with another round of emails to KindyBD, informing them that I intended to stop payment and asking if they could please just cancel the order and refund me so I can avoid a long drawn out process. Still no response. Once the bank was finally ready to refund me, suddenly the package arrives (almost a full month after I placed the order) with no word or update from the company.
The product I ordered was also misrepresented. The description stated it was genuine leather but it most definitely is not. After doing some research, it's clear their inventory is just sourced from factories in China and therefore readily available through other sellers. If you are tempted to purchase, look around and you will find more trustworthy shops selling the same items (sometimes for less money).
Please don't give this company your payment information. My guess is they count on customers being too embarrassed to call their bank (given the nature of the business) so they think they can get away with not shipping out orders. It's a very scummy business and you'll be saving yourself a headache by not shopping with them.
