Inferior product

I received your product and opened the package immediately. It was not the product described in your ad and did not work. I returned it the next day for a credit. The company emailed me and informed me that I could not receive a credit. Don't buy this....is junk.

Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.
