Scam ! Stay away. Long delay then Sent wrong item . Would not accept return! Will not provide return address then threatened to SUE me for using their Hounslow return address … they accused me of trying to obtain products for free when all I want is what I paid for . Scammers with attitude! The nerve of Mary Ann representative stating they would try and sue me for sending it back

IT'S A SCAM!
When I bought a toy from them, I got charged for it and never got any sort of teaching number or any contact from them, and it's been over two weeks and I still haven't received what I paid for.
Stay away from this store!
Ordered next day delivery before the required time of 3pm and now 3 days later still have not received my item. I’ve sent 3 emails also and still no reply.
This was my first time buying from here and frankly I'm disappointed. They sent me a shoddy email with my tracking number, a box turns up (HUGE box) woth ONE of my two items in, the item was tiny no need for a gargantuan box.
Second the tracking number wasn't the one they gave me.
I send an email to them asking what was going on?
And they claim its been sent in two parcels?
Why do that? Why not just send em together.
Very disorganised and a bit around the bushes probably won't shop here again.
Shame really, prices are great.
Didn't know if I should buy the product after reading some of the reviews. Glad I did though, the price was too good to miss. Arrived really quickly and was made up.
