Few minor faults that could be expected in a older caravan ....all fixed for us ....absolutely brilliant....will definitely be buying from them the next time I upgrade my caravan ...total pleasure...

The whole experience was great when we purchased our VW California campervan from Kinnens, from the first meet and greet by Jamie to the day we collected the vehicle .No pressure to buy and as much time as we needed to look at the vehicle ,and a test drive made easy by Ryan the owner.Not only that but after service was fantastic we had some minor issues which were rectified without fuss .Their in house team especially Kevin who took time to show how things worked and solved any problems we had.All in all a great experience a five star review.Dennis and Lynne.

From going into kinnen's lookin at caravans staff are so polite they just leave you to look around no hard salesman then when you need there help they are there to answer your questions the owner ryan was lovely when we was interested in a van he made the process from start to finish so easy even threw in a couple of extras that he didn't need to then when we went to pick it up he was there ready with a full demonstration of the van definitely recommend kinnen's

I had called in several times to Kinnens as its close to work but wanted a particular model Bailey Cadiz fixed bed.spoke with Ryan a few times and few weeks later had one in bang on buget and unmarked condition no pressure to buy and he helped no end with the way we bought the van also put in a starter kit..and delvered it to our house..we found one small issue with the fridge which between us was sorted under warranty. Rayns father inlaw was also exceptionally helpful over the fridge issues.. I would recommend in a heart beat..

Trading standards are now investigating ! Reserved a caravan as we was told someone else was going to see it we paid £500;which on their website says refundable £250 so don't know why we paid more, wasn't given any cancellation derails or policy , nothing just a peice of paper with the price & description of caravan
If the deposit says refundable then it should be refundable, regardless
It's miss selling , miiss leading & false advertising!
Even after we paid the £500 we noticed the caravan was still advertised as available & for sale over a week later., so not sure wether this happens regularly.

Thank you for your response, you really do need to make it clear that a deposit placed isn't refundable rather than the wording you advertise on your website, at no point did you say any money paid was Non Refundable & after we paid the £500 the caravan still was advertised for sale afterwards, had we had known this we would've just paid the £250 & booked a day to view rather than rush in the final hour on a Sunday.
It is quite naughty so if anyone thinking of putting any money down be sure to ask the question & not assume as advertised on their website that even to secure ITS NON REFUNDABLE ! Picture of the advertisement , prior to them changing

It’s been a long journey to purchase my first caravan, and I can’t thank Ryan and the family at Kinnens enough for making it an easy and enjoyable experience, from my first glance, to actually towing her away today, Ryan has been my rock, and I know that I’ll have more stupid questions for him, but he’s such a gentle soul, I know he’ll answer them all for me.
If I had to rate the whole experience, I’d give it a 15 out of 10, and when the time comes to upgrade, I’ll have no hesitation at giving Ryan a call, I can’t thank him enough 🇦🇺

Just went in search of my first caravan, from the minute I stepped onto the lot, and met most of the family lol, everything was made easy, I’m so glad I did my research and ended up at Kinnen’s, thanking you for all your help Ryan.

Just picked up our first caravan from Kinnens. The service was excellent nothing was too much trouble for Ryan and Andrew who showed us everything working and where very patient with our questions. The price we paid was considerably less than other similar vans for sale in the area they even stored the van for us while we had our tow bar fitted. Would use again.

Good to deal with,a hassle free service making the drive from Scotland worthwhile.

The whole process of purchasing a caravan was made extremely easy and stress-free. We popped down at the weekend and were free to browse all of the caravans without any sales pressure, all of our questions regarding the van we liked were answered and again felt no pressure to purchase. Once we decided to buy the van we liked, we provided a list of small repairs we wanted to be looked at and all of them were completed within a few days and the van was ready for collection. The handover was easy and everything on the list was ticked off. Gareth was amazingly helpful in answering any questions we had.

Kinnens is a charming, small family business. Ryan is very easy to deal with. He is attentive, reasonable and wants you to be informed and happy. He’s not your usual salesman and does not pressure you into any purchases. There’s a terrific selection a caravans and campers - all well priced, clean and cared for. Thanks Ryan. We love our camper. Thanks for making it happen and holding it for me.

The guy who owns the company put a bid on Ebay for my caravan which was successful, then asked many questions that were made clear in the advert.
then he wanted more information all of which i provided.
He cancelled the caravan pick up and now won't answer my calls.
would not recommend this company at all.
His behaviour was rude and demonstrated no manners.

excellent service, we bought a caravan from kinnens and put ours has part ex, Ryan came to wales to look at our's on a monday by friday he had our's they serviced our's put a motor mover on and it was already and so clean inside for us to pick up on the friday.
Ryan answer's messages more or less right away and i would'nt buy from anywhere else .
