They wiped all programs I purchased from my dashboard saying “they’re no longer available”. I responded telling them they’re mine, I’ve paid for them years back. No reply. I then bought their hyped su... See more

SCAM

Worst layout for a program ever. "Meal plans" are just them telling you how many calories to eat as if anyone looking at this hasn't already figured that out. Emails get ignored. So much for their returns policy and being "happy to help". You get one automated response and then hung out to dry. I've followed them up several times. Don't give these guys your money

Emails ignored

Emails ignored, so dont expect refunds or a swap of programs. I thought the course was just bodyweight training, but it is all gym.
A simple question if you got the wrong course, do not get answered. This is scam, there is no service.
If you ask for a refund there is still no answer.
On the site there is no option avaliable to contact them. Maybe the program is good. But I want bodyweight training, not gym with tools.

Took my money

I bought the movie star body weight program, and my card was charged THREE times for the one purchase. I have been trying to contact the support team who couldn’t care less about actually fixing the problem, and after TWO WEEKS of trying to get my money back I have only received half of it, and now the support team are not replying to my emails at all. I admit I have not tried the workout programs, and they might be good, but the support for their customers is absolutely terrible.

Terrible

Terrible. Bought the KinoBaddie workout program for women. Really expensive for what it is! Same exercises Phase after Phase. I contacted customer support about this and they told me they would get back to me, which they never did. Sent multiple follow up emails and am being ignored. I think even they know it's a rip off. Repeating 6 exercises day after day is not a workout program.
