This company is a scam. Do not order from here. It's been over 4 months since I ordered my item and no response and now even the customer service email address doesn't exist.

Do not order from here. I ordered the black long line puffer. I received no updates on the order so had to email them. I eventually received the coat that I have only had for a month now and already the coat has big tears on the inner arm and the pocket. The quality of the coat is terrible for the price. I emailed them to make them known of this in hopes of a refund or at least a replacement and have not got anything back.

If I could give no stars i would!!!! Don't buy from them. I eventually got my coat but it took 2-3 months, they offered me 10% refund because of the time it was taking and i haven't received anything i have also emailed 4 times! No response

Scam company, ordered through them advertising on tik tok back in November a brown long fur hooded coat, still not recieved the item, tried emailing them numerous times and nothing!
59.95 they have scammed out of me

Not a real company. Made an order and never received anything. No tracking. No response from messages. Scam!!!! Stay away from these awful scum bags

Website no longer exists, takes your money and you don’t get the product.

Scam site/company. Do not order… although website has now disappeared anyway, which says it all. Paid £59.99 for a coat, told me it had been dispatched. Tracking link doesn’t exist, not replying to emails and web page no longer available.

Absolutely shocking company (if they’re even a company). Ordered a coat as a gift for someone and was told it was a 5-10 day delivery. After this time frame I repeatedly sent them emails and their response was for me to “rest assure that my item is on its way” 2 months later and still nothing. Would not offer a refund and I’m having to chase it up with my bank to get the money back.
Avoid giving them any of your money at all costs!

I would like to report KinsleyRose.com as a potentially fraudulent website. I ordered a Fur Hooded Longline Coat and paid in full, but the item was never delivered, even after waiting the required 30 days. The company repeatedly delayed, refused to give a full refund, and only offered a small partial refund instead. I am now having to pursue a chargeback through my card provider to try to recover my money. I am sharing this so that others are aware and can avoid having the same experience.​

I would score 0 stars if I could!!!! Absolute scam website. I ordered a coat from here nearly a month ago still haven’t received it paid £59.99 for it emailed them to be told shipping taking longer than expected to get out to me so asked for a refund and not to be posted to then be told it’s already been posted and can’t have a refund!!! This is a total scam they take your money and don’t send out item!!!! I had reported this company!!! Scammers do not buy from kinsleyrose

I haven’t received my order nearly a month later! No tracking information, shop app has just been showing ‘preparing shipment’. After several emails & replies stating my order is on the way I do not believe it! Offered 10% refund but this is not good enough

Do not trust this site absolute scam. They do not deliver products and reply in a language that isn't English.
