WORST EXPERIENCE, DO NOT USE KINSMAN
Zero Customer service, months of delays and no follow-up, Thousands $$ out of pocket
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Filip, our kitchen designer, was not only knowledgeable but practical. His experience as a chef was a massive bonus regarding placement and usability. We had a few delays with our build, and the Kinesman team was flexible and accommodating. We couldn't be happier with our kitchen.

We are thrilled that we made the choice of Kinsman Kitchens. Kinsman Kitchens was definitely the best choice for us. From the first contact with their outstanding designer to the easy updated progress of the kitchen was outstanding. The installation team 5 star workmanship. The service was highly professional and yet personal and friendly. 5 stars from us.

We used kinsman for the joinery associated with a walk in wardrobe. The design process was easy, there was efficient communication with both Kinsman and the installer. We were very happy with the end product

Kinsmen Kitchen are the best! They helped me to gift my mum a brand new kitchen, at a budgeted price. Kinsmen Kitchen staff listened to our feedback on the extra cupboards we needed for the kitchen and their delivery driver was exceptional in placing the cabinetry. The carpenters were amazing in installing and were very understanding. Thank you Kinsmen Kitchen!

The Kinsman team were great to work with from beginning to end. Very professional team. Design team had great suggestions and then the project management throughout and constant communication was great. Highly recommend.

Site manager was fantastic. He organised all trades man so good. Had a few hick ups with measurements but in the end all good. Overall everything went OK and the kitchen is what we expected high quality.

I worked for Kinsman/Freedom kitchens (yes they are the same company with just different colour names to seem like seperate conpanies) for many years and can first hand tell you never use them, they have the sales tricks that promotion is only valid at time of appointment to make you sign then and there, but this is actually not true at all, the promotion is always the same no matter what’s advertised, they only do 25% and 30% on their value ranges, this is always the case and always available no matter when you sign up, but you will easily get another 30% min. savings at any decent small kitchen company that can do custom (kinsman/freedom will not modify a thing) add a minimum of an extra 4 weeks then they say for installation which always has issues and the trades are terrible and they wash their hands to any issues related every time pretty guaranteed.
One day sales are just marketed and is the exact same promotion they always do and they do them pretty much every month.
Almost no one that works for them have their kitchen or wardrobes, and wardrobes are more then double the cost of anyone else ( why I hated them)
They will find any excuse to delay, like you haven’t supplied microwave details etc, even if they have nothing to do with the cabinets, and I always had to put fake details just to not stuff the customers over.
If you want to work for them, trust me don’t, this is the one place I can guarantee you they don’t care about you and especially as a designer.
Honestly go to your smaller company and I can tell you they are much cheaper, same materials and accessories and have more options and can customise them to fit better

From the consultation through to the install, I found everyone I dealt with invested, genuine and committed to delivering a great product.
I didn't make things easy with a lot of delays from my end and Kinsman held their price, which was more than pleasing.

We had a wonderful experience with kinsman kitchens. Our kitchen is beautiful, exactly what we wanted. Fast delivery and good communication.

We are very satisfied with the quality and service we received from Kinsman. We had Kinsman design our walkin wardrobes and office study. The final result was exactly what we had been promised and inline with our expectations. We were also very impressed with Jason and his install team who went above and beyond to ensure we had a quality installed product. In the end the quality of the product will only be as good as the quality of the installer. In our case we had the A team hence we ended up with a quality product. The quality control was also spot on. There were a few panels which arrived and weren't quite up to standard however Jason was quick to address the situation and order new replacement panels. We love our new wardrobes and office fit out and wouldn't hesistate to use Kinsman again in the near future.

From the design stage right through to the installation, the communication and promptness was spot on. The quality of the product is fantastic, and even a minor flaw in a panel was noted by the installer, and a replacement panel was ordered straight away. The after installation service was excellent as well. Though not the cheapest, the quality and service was first rate.

They were prompt, helpful and fantastic to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. From the designer to the tradesmen, everything ran smoothly. No delays, quick and easy installation and quality finishes. Now cooking is no longer a chore!

From start to finish our experience with Kinsman and their trades was efficient and timely. The quality of the kitchen is great and their designer, Angela is nothing short of outstanding.

Happy with my kitchen. Tradesmen associated with Kinsman Kitchens were great. Not as satisfied with Kinsman Kitchens' service after completion of kitchen. I have tried several times to address an issue with very limited response and therefore issue remains unresolved.

I can honestly say that we had first class service from the first phone call placed to enquire about a new kitchen. The designer came out and redesigned the layout of quite a small kitchen (in an apartment). The design works so well, absolutely love the deep drawers and the change in layout. Super practical 😀. The quality of the workers was also great, none of our questions were an issue for them to answer. The company used for the benchtop and splashback is supreme. The quality of the whole job is unbelievable. It was reasonably priced and we have no hesitation in recommending Kinsman to any prospective purchaser 😁

My experience with Kinsmans Kitchen team where nothing short of amazing, from beginning to end, even when I change my plans, cupboards, draw sizes, I had many questions and at all times they were just so so helpful in everyway, from the beginning the designer team, sales people everyone involve, but most of all I was really impressed with there builder of the kitchen. A great result very very happy customer. L
