The customer support is like family

The customer support at Kinsta feels like family—they think and act as if they’re part of your own family. A special shoutout to Dean Vannan, who has consistently done an outstanding job. Every other support staff member has been exceptional as well.

Second to none afaik

Not a lot to say other than the service/support is second to none, literally, I have 3 companies I use for the same kind of hosting work, Kinsta's the only one I never have a problem with. It's the most expensive of the three, but I never have a problem. Support quick and excellent.

Exceptional Support and Lightning-Fast Hosting

I’ve been using Kinsta for my WordPress site and have always been impressed by the performance and reliability. Top-tier live support sealed the deal

We have been looking for a single hosting provider to consolidate several disparate site hosts we inherited over time.

After trying out with another large host, we became frustrated with the lack of support in real time when we needed it. Kinsta has done a great job - with lots of self-help docs and on-demand live chat support. I worked with Dean today (my third quick support chat in two days to get update help) and he was fast - and funny! Thanks Dean (Forrest!)

Kinsta is the only host I trust.

I run an online school using an LMS, and a little while back, I tried switching to a different host—mainly to save some money and see if I could manage things myself a bit more. Right away, I realized it was a terrible decision.

The support on the new host was practically nonexistent. When they did respond, it was super generic, no real solutions, and it felt like I was completely on my own. My site started having issues, and I couldn’t risk downtime with students depending on it.

I moved back to Kinsta almost immediately—and it was like a breath of fresh air. Their support team didn’t miss a beat. They jumped in, helped me get everything back up and running smoothly, and even walked me through a few things I was unsure about. Real humans who know what they’re doing and actually care.

Kinsta has consistently shown up, no matter the time or issue. They go above and beyond every single time. Lesson learned: when you find a host that truly supports you, stick with them.

Kinsta provides an outstanding product…

Kinsta provides an outstanding product and excellent service. I really can't think of anything negative. I have had it for years now. They're up almost 100%. They respond immediately to problems. The staff are very nice and go above and beyond. I don't think it is expensive. I have had other cheaper providers, but I had far more problems.

Tech support chat was beyond expectations

Tech support chat was excellent - I mean top shelf, quick, friendly, understood the questions and problems posed - no copy/paste dumb scripts you typically get from chat support crew but a real human with real understanding and effort. The guy I spoke to (Dean) was awesome - 10/10. Well done mate.
