It says on Trust Pilot 1 * 100%. As this is true! I hope you read these reviews before placing an order as I unfortunately did it the other way round! I was lucky I got my money back.
I am more upset with Facebook and Instagram for allowing this scam on their site, as we trust FB and Instagram. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PLACE AN ORDER WITH KINSWEET.

Complete scam.

I placed an order in January and never received it. I was eventually sent the wrong items in wrong sizes. No explanation or response from customer services. I have since found I am not alone in this experience. This site appears to be a scam and adverts should be taken down from Facebook so that other potential customers are not affected.

No star would be correct. Do not buy from this firm. When I finally recieved my parcel I did not get what I had ordered. What they send nobody in their right mind would use! Kinsweet do not answer back, it is imposible to get in contact with the company. Your money are lost!

They are a scam. They will send you a very cheap jumper, nothing like the picture and only way to refund is an expensive return process you pay yourself. Avoid.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
They do not sell the clothes that they advertise on their website! After a month of placing your order, you will (if you get anything at all!), receive a load of tat which doesn’t resemble anything like the items you ordered!
There is no Returns form sent with the goods, they don’t respond to emails, and their Customer Services number just rings and rings and then switches to an engaged tone!
However, I paid through PayPal and so complained to them. They managed to obtain an address in China to return the mangy goods. I’ve had to pay £18 for International tracking but PayPal have said that they will refund my £98 once my package has been delivered.
So if you’ve paid through PayPal, you should be able to return the stuff and get your money back!

I should know better than to buy anything from an advert that appears in my social media timeline by now. It took 5 weeks for the items to arrive, during that time I emailed 3 or 4 times but didn't receive any reply. I did receive an email saying my package had been dispatched and a tracking number but the tracking number never yielded any information about the progress of my package.
Today it finally arrived.
Neither of the items I ordered were inside, instead I was sent two completely different items.
The quality of both is extremely poor even if they were the right items, judging by the quality of what I've got I would not want them.

Sending them back is going to be pointless, there is no shipping note with the package and I already know they do not reply to emails. I have no hope of receiving a refund.
Kinsweet is a complete rip-off, this company is not to be trusted.

I placed an order for a sweater with this company back in December.
It looked nice and was not too expensive but not cheap either.
I paid £47.00 on the 18th December.
I am still waiting for my order. I have sent 2 emails to 2 different addresses and had no reply. I don't know where they are but I suspect China. I would not recommend anyone making purchases from this company. It seems I have lost my money.
