My complaint is the same as the others

My complaint is the same as the others. Ordered one thing got another. Kira said they would refund me. Never did. Just as upset with AFFIRM as I filed a dispute with them and received a denial within hours even after submitting emails with the company acknowledging I did not receive what I ordered.

False advertising

False advertising. Instead of what they promote they are just Bluetooth sunglasses that does voice translation. No AI at all also doesn’t have camera. They just drop shipping website that scam people.

If I could give this company less than…

If I could give this company less than one star, I would.
I ordered Kira AI Smart Glasses that were advertised as camera-enabled glasses with recording capability, full-frame frames, and photochromatic lenses. What I received was a completely different product labeled “Smart Audio Glasses” that does not have any camera at all.
The item I received does not match the product description, images, or features advertised on their website. The primary feature I paid for the camera was not included.
When I contacted customer support and provided photos of the incorrect item, they admitted the camera version I purchased is currently unavailable. Instead of honoring their advertised Money-Back Guarantee, they only offered a partial refund (30–40%) and refused to issue a full refund.
This is a classic bait-and-switch situation where the product advertised is not the product delivered.
I had to dispute the charge with my bank to try to get my money back.
I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
