I absolutely loved during business with Kira Living! Love the statue I purchased. Looks great! But most importantly, the package was delivered super fast and packaged extremely well! I’ve referred other family members to Kira and I will definitely do business again with this company!!

It was easy to order on the website. I was kept informed about each step of the process from order to processing to shipping to delivery. The item was shipped quickly and it arrived really well packed! A+ for quality and service! Thank you!

Garbage
Allowed us to order an item they could not ship, then told us it would cost 200$ more and then cancelled our order and marked out of stock.

I had a terrible experience with this store. I ordered a chair online and waited a week without hearing anything. When I followed up, the representative informed me that they would cancel my order because they had miscalculated the shipping fees they initially charged me. This is completely unacceptable. How is it the customer’s fault that they can’t calculate their costs correctly? I wasted time waiting for a product I now won’t receive. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I will not be shopping here again.

The low profile 4 inch box spring they describe on their website is actually 5 1/2 inches. It does not fit between the bed platform and the top shelf. I called the company to change the box spring to the correct size and they wouldn't change it. They have not answered the phone since.

Very pretty. I love it. Touch lamps are so much easier to me, one touch its on, one touch is off. I have arthritis and it's easier than a switch.
