Bought a returned Fender Jazzmaster here and the order was dealt with quickly and the guitar arrived in top condition. I decided it wasn't for me though and returned it.
Katja from the customer service department was friendly and very quick to respond to my query and even sent me a DHL return label as there were no GLS packet shops nearby my home. Friendly customer service, quick delivery, no-hassle returns. Would buy here again with confidence.

The Customer Service representative was polite and answered all my inquiries unbelievably fast. My order has been processed immediately and delivered as promised. All things that I have ordered are in a perfect functioning condition. What impressed me most was the method of delivery in which I was able to tract the delivery spontaneously using their live tracking app. GREAT JOB!!!
