The quality of the products is absolutely first class, not to mention the customer service!
I have received incredibly good and fast service whenever I have needed it. Before their deliveries continued to the EU region, I was able to order some products from them through customer service, although ordering to Finland through the website was not possible. They didn't charge anything extra for this.
I have been super satisfied with all the products and I proudly display them like crown jewels.

The best brand I have ever used and I have used many many brands. What ever it is you need as a nail tech or nail enthusiast you will find in the Kirsty Meakin brand. The gel polishes and highly pigmented esp the black and white like none other I’ve used. Acrylic is so so easy to work with ( and the pots look sooo pretty ) I have now started using the Acrygel ohhh my what I lush product!! And so many possibilities aswell endless! Her tool range and brushes are fabulous as well you really can’t go wrong. I will never use another brand again. Ohhhh and Kirsty Meakin products are hema free!! Customer service always there to support and fab videos on YouTube. Just bought the new cat eye gels can’t wait to get using them

I’ve bought a lot of products from the Kirsty Meakin range including gel polishes,Acrygel, acrylic, brushes, nail drill/drill bits and other accessories. All products are high quality. Yes they are on the more expensive side but well worth the investment - you get what you pay for! Also after care is spot on, any issues dealt with in a timely manner. Kirsty herself is very approachable. If I have had any issues or queries she is always quick to respond also,

Always fantastic customer service and I'm a sucker for the beautiful packaging it sits so beautifully on my shelves, the gel polishes have much better pigmentation than other brands I have used in general, the black especially impressed me as it covers almost completely in one coat and no wrinkling or bubbling an issue I had with another brand for less coverage, the colours are so good I often use as art pigments

Can not fault any of the KM products. I love the gel polish, it is so pigmented that some of the colours only need one coat especially her black polish Void. Lamp isn't only nice to look at it works amazing and holds good battery life when it's not being used plugged in.

Cannot fault her team and their customer service.

I ordered from Kirsty meakins website and received notifications regarding the order being packaged and shipped, it was delivered next day so I’m very impressed. Her new range of gel colours are sooooo pigmented especially the white and black,
I will definitely be ordering the full collection. Highly recommend

My order arrived in about 24hrs it was beautifully packaged and definitely packed with care.

I'm happy with my order and the products look great after doing some swatches, the matte is definitely better than what I already own, I can't wait until I need to do a new set so I can see how these products work out on my nails.

The website wasn't open in 2018, so it's a real shame that someone has mistakenly given Kirsty a bad review years before she even had a online store. Ignore the other review.

Placed an order for a single detail brush for nail art on the 16th of this month. Postage on such an item would usually be no more than a pound. However, paid £5 for delivery and expected it to be with me in atleast the next couple of days. After several days of receiving nothing,no confirmation email etc, I emailed asking when I should expect my brush to be delivered? No reply to the email but received a confirmation of post email from Paypal. It turned out she hadn't even posted it yet!! Despite charging an extraordinary amount for postage?! Finally received a 'posted' receipt on the 23rd of this month and to date...25th...I still haven't received it! I do not recommend this company as the postage is extremely expensive yet you're waiting weeks for delivery, even having to remind them to actually post it in the first place! Not good if expecting customers to return when items aren't cheap at all nor is postage and I have had items arrive from China quicker that had cost under a pound!!

Update:- Arrived this afternoon 26th costing just over £2 for postage. It is a good detail brush, I'm just extremely disappointed with after-sales service/lack of.
