Placed an order back in the summer. Nothing received. I was a repeat customer. Reached out to them and nothing. Did some searching and realised they no longer exist. Did a chargeback through my bank which I find out today they are now disputing!! Disgusting! As a struggling single mum it’s diabolical to think they can dispute when they know full well they haven’t sent me my order. Karma.

Appalling service! Ordered in June 2025 didn't receive my order or a refund. (It's now October 2025)
Communication is diabolical. When you manage to get an answer, (if you're lucky) nothing gets sorted. Was told a refund was actioned and I would get an email to confirm it. NO EMAIL NO REFUND. Tried to contact again, finally get an answer of it's been actioned, explained nothing on bank statement, now gone quiet/no reply. It's been 3 months and nothing!

Waited over a month, nothing was sent. Website has now been deleted. Chargeback submitted.

Ordered in June and had absolutely no communication from them, have used many times before and thought they were great but after 2 months of zero communication and then the website being unavailable I had to request a charge back from bank, which thankfully was successful. I recommend anyone who is waiting for orders does the same and no one else will be out money! Disgusting way to treat loyal customers

Order never received messages were ignored for weeks. Can’t send proof of postage. Would never order from again.
My daughter will be so upset.

Ordered something last year. After months and months of waiting, and many MANY messages, they finally just cancelled the order and gave a refund.

I thought it was a one off so ordered again from them in December and still not had anything delivered. Tried messaging them on multiple platforms in the hope they’d reply but they just ignore me.

I would not recommend this company.

Took 3 weeks for delivery...initially no communication. When the battered box arrived one item was broken, one transfer was sent incorrectly and 3 items were missing. Messaged regarding these issues with no communication again. I was concerned it was a scam after PayPal or other secure payment wasn't offered. I was almost certain after waiting 3 weeks (I checked all items were in stock prior to ordering). When finally the parcel was sent to the postal office (after holding it a week) and I received it, it didn't occur to me that my concerns were correct. Thankfully I used a coupon because I ended up spending £30 on what equates to around £10 Amazon junk.
