Felt very disappointed with this company. Very polite via email but some curious typos as others have mentioned. The aquamarine rings we ordered were like costume jewellery...they did not seem of good quality and the images of them did not match up to the reality on receipt. When we requested to return we were advised to pay the £10 or so for Royal Mail and were told in capitals I the email NO NEED TO INSURE. This really concerned me as in the event the rings were lost in transit we would have been £738 out of pocket. I paid £70 to ensure their safe return to secure a refund. Buyer beware to the maximum.

I ordered Earings at the total cost of 475£ they claimed is .05 diamond with 18k white Gold.. as soon i received it i quickly took it to gold shop to confirm what i bought i was shocked that it was silver nothing close to Gold or Diamond.. I immediately wrote them they asked me to sent back the earing so they can refund the money i know all was a scam.. I call my friend in Canada to check out the address he went there the building they claimed is their office is bakery nothing like Gold or Diamond shop there..They are totally scam..

Total scam, I ordered what was allegedly a Diamond and Moissanite Ring. 2 months later the ring began to fall apart, after taking it to a jeweller we found out all of the stonese were in fact cubic zirconia and were covered in dirt beneath.

This company makes cheap, mass produced rings and sells them as something they are not. They operate under many different names in many different places, and I suspect most positive reviews here are indeed fake.

Put a shadow over our engagement, avoid them at all costs.

UPDATE: After seeing this review, Kisna emailed me saying that they sent me the wrong ring by mistake (which I don’t believe for a moment because they don’t even advertise that they sell Cubic Zirconia rings) and have offered me £150 if I delete this review. Hopefully that tells you what kind of company this is.

i would like to rate Kisnagems.
I bought an emerald ring from them, and when it arrives, I didnt like it and i can see that the diamonds on the side was nowhere near the carat weight that they advertised on the site.
so I returned the ring.
Based on the quality of the ring it self normally I would give a 3 stars, it is not bad but it isn't for me as I am used to a certain standard.
But the customer service was top notch.
that is why I gave it a four star review.
The customer service is always helpful, the refund was fast, and they even refunded the shipping cost of the ring that was sent to me PLUS the shipping cost that I had to pay sending the ring back to them.
For this, I really appreciate the site and I think that you can shop safely with them knowing that they are true to their word with the return, and how they are in answering people's questions etc.

Ordered my ring and was a tiny bit apprehensive after reading a few of the reviews, however my ring has arrived earlier than expected and I absolutely love it.

I had e mailed the team as I wanted the centre stone ever so slightly smaller and they were happy to oblige.

I was notified as soon as the ring was shipped and was sent constant updates by fedex whilst the ring was in transit.

My ring is stunning and I couldn't be happier

Gorgeous jewellery. My fiancé got me a 1 carat Raw Diamond Solitaire Branch style ring and it's so beautiful that I'm crying with joy! Great communication throughout, warm and friendly. Slight hiccup with FedEx, which delayed the delivery, but that's to be expected. Am delighted with Kisna Gems. 5 stars!

I placed an order for an Amethyst ring as a gift for my partner. The ring was delivered promptly and when my partner noticed a slight issue, the customer service were fantastic. The issue was remedied promptly with regular contact from customer services and we now have a perfect ring. The ring itself is beautifully designed and was well received by my partner.

My fiance bought a beautiful ring.. Fast delivery. Unfortunately broke on hols.. Very polite staff. I took it back they promptly replaced it with a shiny new one.. Great service. Quick replies. Bear in mind a relatively new company with teething problems at the beginning like any company. Will use again. ❤️❤️

Throughout this process, they have lied and been dishonest about their ability to deliver anything they promise on their site. To begin with, they advertise as being in Sheffield and are actually based in Canada. When I asked about the ring getting here on time they said it would arrive on time, they said it would be a couple of extra days. Lowe and behold it's been over 30 days and I still have no ring. After asking for it to be reposted elsewhere because of the delay they have sent it now to the wrong address. So now with a looming engagement, I have no ring and it's been delivered to some random next-door neighbour without saying where it has been delivered to.

Their style is usually to apologise and apologise never actually dealing or fixing the issue (and in sometimes non-understandable grammar).
Pay the extra to go somewhere else, it'll be worth it. Avoid these con men at all costs.

Ordered a beautiful ring from this company, unfortunately on arrival was too small. On messaging the company I had a fast response and ring has been replaced. The company had a great customer service and I now have the most beautiful ring. I will be back again in the future.

We purchased a beautiful ring from Kisnagems, and the delivery service was excellent! A solitaire black diamond with small white diamond clusters around the shoulders of the ring. Unfortunately one of the small diamonds fell out, but the customer service was fantastic. It was returned, repaired and delivered back super quick!

The email customer service is fantastic. Such friendly and trustworthy staff, a credit to your company.

I would like to change my review on this company and say once contact was made I was dealt with in a professional and quick manner. The product is amazing and is loved by anyone who sees it. I would highly recommend this company I will look to use again in the future. Good product good price and quick and efficient service. Highly recommendable

Shocking service from a company that try’s to promote their customer service as excellent. Poor quality diamonds that fell out within 5 weeks then they don’t reply to their email as they promise and NEVER answer their phone. I am waiting on a reply and wouldn’t recommend these cowboys to an enemy !!! There are a lot better products and company’s out there that do look after you AFTER you have bought. Keep well away!!
