DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
They are total scammers ordered in October still received nothing. Emailed promised to look into it came back with order got missed will send it out to you tomorrow. Guess what still nothing emailed again they came back with some rubbish I have posted it and even put you in a free gift all complete rubbish. Emailed again I will chase this up as I have a tracking number, think we are supposed to have the tracking number so we can track it. I am in the process of reporting the company

Ordered in August, nothing received. Followed up three times in September and was told they would investigate further, no response, not even a fake excuse for this fake company.

Stay well away from them, because they stink!!

Scammer. Spent £66 and didn’t receive my order. They replied to one email saying there was Royal Mail delays, which isn’t true. They have since ignored me and It’s been a month since I placed the order, SCAM. Do NOT purchase. I have reported her for fraud and my credit card company is looking into it as they have had multiple reports.

Ordered from this website without checking for online reviews (a mistake). I placed an order for 2 items. When I had not received confirmation of postage within 7 days of ordering I followed up with their customer service, to be fair they got back to me the same day to confirm the order had been shipped. I received the order 2 days later which contained only 1 of the 2 items ordered, and a random item I did not order. Went back to customer service regarding the missing item- no response as yet. Will stick to legit websites in the future.

No order arrived - a chaser email elicited one response but since then nothing. Scammers and don't waste your money!!

Be very careful as I believe this is a scam. Ordered 2 fragrances early July, and as of 10th October have received nothing. Initially had responses giving various excuses and promising despatch and even a free gift to apologise. Yet have still had nothing and they have now stopped even responding. They have basically stolen £102.50 of my money. Stay clear

Order placed in July, I emailed them after 2 weeks to say my order has not arrived and they said its on the way.

Nothing turned up. Now no response to emails.

Half items sent, no sign of missing samples. To be fair there was a reply to initial query, but 3 weeks later and nothing. They just fob you off with excuses & empty appreciation for being patient (stand to be corrected but so dissapointing as a first experience). Think thrice before ordering!
5/10: No reply, no sign of samples

KEEP CLEAR of them. They are a thieving, lying bunch of scamners. Stay well away from these vermin. You will neither see your money nor receive any goods. I resent having to give them a single star. They are truly despicable.

Deserves a minus 10 stars ! FRUAD FRAUD FRAUD. Ordered 4 bottles of perfume - No confirmation - Perfume not sent - Can’t get a response - NO refund and no perfume. AVOID THIS COMPANY - I STRONGLY RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE

If I could give this company no stars I would . I placed an order in august for my daughters birthday . They were taking too long to deliver and I emailed them , they apologised for delay and stated their warehouse was closed !!! I requested that my order be cancelled and a refund issued . They agreed but now I’m feeling like I’ve been scammed . They keep giving me one sentence replies and still I have no refund . They are due me £44.34 and I now feel like a fool as I thought I was buying from a genuine company . They even had the cheek to send my reward points for my order . I hope there is a way I can get this looked into . I will report this also to shopify. Please do not buy from this company !!!!! If I hear back from them and do receive a refund I might review this review but I’m feeling like this may not be the case .

What a load of rubbish of a company - if you can even call them that! I made a simple order of one perfume as a birthday present for my mother. No news from them on dispatch, so emailed them and received an email saying: they’d look into it..’. ‘WHO’? Would look into it??

I keep getting random names coming from this (suspect) business. I emailed to cancel my order and request a refund, as ‘they’ gave me the option. Then I heard nothing. But now however many days later I receive a parcel with two small bottles inside with tiny stuck on labels on each, stating there what’ve I’ve ordered. How the hell do I know that they’re what I’ve ordered?? I requested via ANOTHER email to them that I want my REFUND!!! Not their products!
So I’ve got half a return address, which might as well be to someone’s dustbin or ditch and I’ve got to pay to send them back to them, for their mistake! I DON’T THINK SO!

Seems to be a total scam. I received no tracking info and now they won’t answer emails.

I made 3 bulk orders on 5 Aug 23 at Kiss of Aroma. I got a confirmation immediately and the owner of the website said she is in Germany, would have their warehouse to arrange delivery. After 10 days still no news of delivery so I requested for cancellation. At this time she said the items were sent out, I couldn’t cancel my order until I received the items and request them to ready a pickup waybill with the courier. I asked for tracking number but she kept saying she is still outside UK and their team would contact me. A do not reply email was received from their website, mentioned the goods on its way, but still no tracking number provided. Now they just disappeared and of course I haven’t received any of my purchase. On their Instagram, they still sometimes put pictures of daily life or party in glamours dressings. How could some people choose “cheater” as their career! Beware ladies and gentlemen, this shot is fraud,
a liar!! I spent £3002.50 and received nothing! A terribly super poor website!
