Scam website

Do NOT buy from them. Their dresses look nothing like the website and when you try to get your money back you literally have to hunt them down for it. I returned my package and only when I emailed them a month later asking where my refund is they gave me store credit instead of a full refund. Scammiest website ever.

I wish I could give this site 0 stars

I wish I could give this site 0 stars. I ordered 4 dresses. I received one within 7 days. It didn’t fit so I requested a return and they told me to “try to sell the dress” I did make the return. I knew this was going to be A hassle. The other 3 dresses arrived a month later, they didn’t fit either and I immediately went to request A return but it wouldn’t let me request bc I had returned one dress from the order previously. After 4 unreturned emails I went on their IG page and posted under every pic. Gotta love copy and paste. They finally wrote me “what do you need” long story short I was was granted a return label but I did not receive an email stating that it was returned to kissprom. I knew this was going to be a hassle and saved my tracking. It was delivered to their store in CA 2 days after I shipped it. Their website says refund”returns are credited 10 days after it is received” Well it’s 30 days after it has been delivered and they only refunded the dress I initially returned 1 month prior.

I called my CC company and disputed the charge.

horrible experience no dress

i ordered a dress a about a week ago for pick up in corona, ca. they said the dress will be ready for me to pickup in 5 days. which is fine if it’s a couple days more. so now that i’ve emailed them asking if it will be ready before may 3rd because i have prom, they said it won’t be ready until may 8th. which is crazy lol. they have not responded to my emails or calls, and i paid $200 of my own money as a 16 year old that has a part time job on top of school and sports on this dress and they have not communicated with me AT ALL correctly. they have beaten around the bush with the questions i have asked that are very simple, and i just don’t know how this is okay.

COMPLETE SCAM

Ordered the dress 03/31, paid for express shipping. Received dress 04/29 after it was shipped USPS, not express. The dress is a poor version of the one pictured-not the same at all. Don't bother with returns-they charge a "restock fee" and you only receive a store credit. I would never purchase from this SCAM store again. Our event is one week away and had to purchase another dress.

i ordered a dress and it does not fit…

i ordered a dress and it does not fit my daughter. i have emailed 3 times and have not received a response at all. i would need to mail dress back today to be within my 5 day window. they want to count the weekends against you but yet no one is working to respond.

This was by far the worth experience of…

This was by far the worth experience of my life.
This website is not trust worthy. I have left several emails, phone calls as well as tried to contact them through their faulty chat feature, and no one has reached back out. I have been trying to get in touch with them for a month now. The completely lied about their shipping policy. They said that I would receive my order within 5-8 business days and I haven't even received a tracking number. I ended up leaving a review on their account. I work up with message saying that my email a locked and some of my information was changed, and the comment left on their website was removed, They only keep the positive comments.

Bad quality and extra custom fee to pay (china delivery)

I made my order thinking that I was dealing with a respectable English company. The delivery came A few days late ( I was expecting it for a wedding) and came with an unexpected additional bill of over 180 Euros for custom fee (the delivery being from Asia). I had 2 options: either reject the package or accept it and pay the fee. I contacted Kissprom and ask them to clarify and they asured me that the fee would have been reimbursed to me. It never happened and all my follow-up emails have been ignored for several months. The clothes were of poor quality and had an unpleasant smell.

Follow up after Kissprom answer:
Interesting how quickly my rating got answered by Kissprom this time: Well, at least the way they try to keep up their public image and the marketing strategy are almost on a professional level. Unfortunately the answer i got privately for Kissprom just confirmed me were their values really stand: I would get my money back only if I cancel my review. I have lost money and time with this purchase so my piece of advise is: buy only from trusted resources. Apart from that I would be happy to share my experience with other disappointed customers.

That is funny.So you didn t answer to my emails (also the one i sent afterwards) and refunded the money you owe me because you where waiting for the answer I would get from the Agency?
The agency I contacted in order to ask advice, support European customers (which i am) in disputes with traders based within EU( which you are not despites the „co.uk“ ending of your website name might lead to believe), I have been suggested to ask legal advice from a lawyer based on the country where Kissprom is based.
That s the interesting point: Where is your company actually based??? On the website i didn t find any address or phone number that might track you down. Not really transparent, is it?

(2) About custom fee, it happened, as we claim on our website, every customers who were charged can contact us with the invoice, we will refund the fee to them in 24 hours.
(3) About all your follow-up emails were ignored, after you offer your order NO, we checked the record and we found that your email was ignored after we receive your info that you already contact Eurpoean agency, and your cases was already examined. So we have to wait the result, and we would love to do anything they ask us to do.
(4) About the refund, we would very glad refund it to you after we receive their email at once.
(5) We want to solve your problem as soon as possible, so could you please ask them rush your cases?

Terrible

Terrible. Poor quality and not what we hoped/ expected. Asked for refund immediately and they refused. Don't use them. Paid in GBP and site is .co.uk but this is a Chinese company.
"Servicing customers in the UK"; misleading customers your in the U.K.!

China is a great country with great people. But website and payment implies Kissprom is in the UK, it's not and does not seem to comply with UK:EU trading standards. Websites main page also states free international delivery and returns. They also don't do that. Avoid this company.

beautiful jewels, beatuiful dress

I order a formal prom dress from kissprom, style number KSP285,
there are many sequin and jewels on the top, so amazing.after receive the dress, it turned out to be very very beautiful, high quality jewele, and shipped more sequin and jewel together with the dress as back up, so thoughtful. And more it fit me like glove. Thank you very much!
