The only thing I don't like about this store is that it doesn't tell me exactly how long it takes for my order to arrive, I've already made 4 purchases and I really liked the prices, but I'm not sure if I'll receive them or not because it doesn't tell me an estimated arrival time

I purchased the very popular gothic bandaged dress and when it came, it arrived with loose threads causing the bottoms and skirt of dress to be separating at the seems. When I shared images of the items with costumer service they said the dress was not damaged and I just didn’t like the craftsmanship of the item.
Which was a wild thing to say, but then they said I would need to pay shipping to china which would be $20-30 in order to receive any sort of refund and they would not give me a guarantee a full refund in the event I did pay for shipping. This company needs to offer free returns for their costumers and better education employees on costumer service.
I felt like I was arguing with a 5 year during the exchange.
I have now opened a dispute with my bank over it.

I first wrote a poor review, however er, after contacting them they have shipped my product. I just hope it's the correct items. I will update once I get my product but I ordered on July 2nd and they shipped on July 10th. I think you just have to monitor a lot I have ordered in the past and got what I ordered and it was good quality. So if I were you and you are looking for good alternative goth clothing give it a shot.

Nothing ever arrived. When I contacted Kistania I was told that the item tracking was showing the item as being signed for. The item tracking number shows as invalid when I try to track. Customer service told me I should contact them sooner next time. (I left it a couple of months as it was coming from China so things often take a while). Would not purchase anything from here again.

I got a dress that doe snot even look like the one in the picture, also it has a lot of defects and they wont take it back and want me to pay for shipping back to them! Terrible service and quality!

I placed an order on June 16th and have YET to get any shipping information for my order. I emailed their customer service email and never even got a response. I need my order to be shipped or I need a refund. If you’re thinking about ordering from them..DON’T

Cheap fabric, more suitable for dolls than human, not conform photo, difficult to return because of high shippingcosts

So they offered me a partial refund which I accepted, but still a waste of time and money

They have refunded something for us which was very nice of them to do!

Ordered a dress on the 6th of may. On June 5 I contacted them to ask when it would be shipped. They answered that there was a delay. A week later, still no change in shipment status. Thank god I payed with PayPal so I asked for a refund and it was granted.
Ordered the exact same dress on a different website and received that one within 2 weeks time.

I found the most perfect dress on Kistania.Com to attend the Bridgerton Ball however, I did not order in enough time and had to cancel my order but the dress is the most beautiful dress I’ve ever seen. I will look for another reason to repurchase this dress. I reached out to Kistania via email and the messenger application. And within an hour they responded to try to reach a resolution. They were honest about the time frame of delivery which I appreciated because I over looked it in error when I placed my order. They processed my refund immediately. It may take a few days to receive in my account but the representative was the most professional. Thank you again for your help and I look forward to doing business with your company in the future.

I want to cancel my order and I’ve been emailing them, there’s still no reply. I am expecting on getting back the full money I spent since it hasn’t even been shipped yet.

First of all, they don't say the product is shipping from China, and second, their service is abysmal. I can't get the website to work unless I'm buying. And their customer service chat is randomly closed for 5 days. It took them 6 days to even begin shipping my order, and even though I could have bought something from somewhere else (I ordered and paid on 4/22 for a trip I was taking 2 weeks later), because I didn't know it would take months to get the expensive items I ordered (and from China, I should not be paying these prices: hundreds of comparable items cost less than half. I'm so mad about being misled, I am considering a lawsuit), I'm sitting here figuring out what I can pack that I already have that might work. Now, its too late to get something else, and this crappy quality clothier is to blame. How does the whole business just shut down for 5 days? How do they not tell you where the items are shipping from and how long it'll take? If I'm paying US prices I should be getting what I paid for in less than 2 weeks. And the tracking company won't give me an update with just my order number. Oh no, I have to accept all their cookies and permissions to let them sift through my phone!!! What kind of scam is this?! One that hopefully no one else will fall for. If and when the clothes I ordered ever show up, I'll be returning them for a refund immediately. Do yourself a favor and avoid this so-called "top brand" company like its covered in the ebola virus.

Telephone number is busy. I just ordered a dress and now looking at these reviews. It's said that it will take 7-10 business days. I spent $92 and I will wait for it. I'll wait for it....

The delivery was fast, just two weeks!! I ordered a dress, it fit perfectly and I love it. Kistania has lots of beautiful items, well worth the money!! Nice prices too. Thank you so much!!
