I ordered the TYR L-1 white/gold lifters here. After I read some bad reviews I was a bit worried but my shoes came within 4 days (UK to the Netherlands). Kitbox kept me updated through mail and questions were answered very fast! My shoes came in perfectly. Thank you Kitbox!
Personally didn’t have any issues
Personally didn’t have any issues, managed to order a pair of TYR 2 shoes in my size when most retailers were sold out. Read the reviews on here first and was a little worried but rolled the dice and they arrived promptly without issue. My own personal experience tho.

Hands down worst company I have ever had the displeasure of purchasing from. Ordered a pair of shoes with next day delivery, was sitting at the window working all day, saw no delivery drivers yet received an email to say that the delivery attempt had “failed” booked a re delivery for the next day, got a text to say they couldn’t deliver again at 3pm. The same thing happened for 3 more days despite me contacting kitbox directly for more info. Was told by kitbox there was nothing they could do and I’d just have to wait, some line about lead times at a peak time of year (despite there being nothing about this on their website and being promised next day delivery) asked for a refund as parcel clearly missing but was told no and that I had to just wait. Eventually got an email to say parcel has been delivered yet I don’t have it and neither do any of my neighbours. If I could give 0 stars I would. Have reported to trading standards and requested a refund through my bank.

I have been trying to reach Kit box for two weeks and they haven’t replied to my emails. I purchased an item from one of the stands a competition store and was promised if I had any issues I could email and still make the return/ exchange size. But numerous emails and no response.
Great Customer Service
Initially the goods delivered were incorrect, but after I sent an email the matter was put right with a replacement sent very quickly. The customer service was prompt and polite, and overall I was very pleased with the goods and the service received. Would definitely use this company again. Thank you Claire.
Ordered size 11 trainers
Ordered size 11 trainers. Too small returned at my expense for 11.5. New trainers arrived still too small even though I went up a size. Have to pay again to return and then they want to charge a restocking fee. Joke

I bought some victory grips and after nearly 2 weeks of no delivery (after they promised next day delivery) I emailed them to be told they’d sent an email (which they hadn’t) to say my size wasn’t in stock and said the email must have went I to the junk (which it didn’t).
After telling me they could send the next size down, I’ve waited another 2 weeks and still no grips. After emailing every day to get either information on the delivery or a refund, they are now completely ignoring me.
I would suggest staying well away from this company.

Ordered a pair of Tyr CXT-1 trainers…
Ordered a pair of Tyr CXT-1 trainers back in May but unfortunately after only wearing them 3/4 times, the right shoe revealed a bit of a fault, 100% a manufacturing issue and nothing to do with Kitbox. I reached out to see if there was anything that Kitbox could help me with, asking about potential warranties, expecting that they may give me the contact details for the manufacturer to resolve, nope, Kitbox went above and beyond. Not only did they offer me a complete replacement, when my exact pair and size wasn't in stock and I wasn't a fan of the other colourways, they upgraded completely free of charge to the CXT-2's & even got them to me the next day. Literally couldn't of asked for better customer service and now I can resume my sessions. Massive thanks to Kitbox, especially Claire who went all out in getting me sorted!
Ignoring request for refund.
Ordered a pair of grips which were in stock according to their website, to then be told they were no longer in stock in my size and I could order a different size. I asked for a refund that same day; that was two weeks ago and I still haven’t heard from them regarding my refund. I have emailed them twice more requesting my money back, but still nothing. Poor customer service.
Pre-ordered Victory grips
Pre-ordered Victory grips, didn’t hear anything for a month. So I emailed them, to be told, miraculously that- ‘ it was arriving that day’ and what are the chances, the grips I ordered on their pre-order and paid up front for-‘ supplier didn’t send enough’. I was offered other grips ( which I could get anywhere). So I emailed again, again and again…Paul gave me a 15% discount…that discount was also sent out to everybody on their mailing list.
I’m still waiting…it’s been 3 months. They still have my money and I still have no grips!
Don’t bother unless you want some grips you can get off Amazon.
Sent entirely wrong grip and now out of stock
Waited ages for grips to be in stock, pre ordered, asked for a size change and was told by Paul this was ok, customer service updated it to the entirely wrong type of grip and sent that to me (and delivered much later than pre order said) and now grip I need is out of stock. On top of that they want me to pay out of pocket to return the item to them and won’t refund me until after I send and wait for them to receive and process the wrong item back with them - deciding it’s better that the customer sits out of pocket rather than them even though it’s entirely their fault. Terrible customer service. AVOID.

My wife made a order on this site .it was for over £100 ,so therefore it has FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY.
We have a tracking number for FED EX. THE PACKAGE HAS NOT MOVED SINCE THE DAY WE ORDERED IT.
CUSTOMER SERVICE ,THERE ISNT ONE. My wife has sent numerous Emails, ALL IGNORED. I have tried phoning numerous numbers related to this company . These numbers are no longer in use. I have now started the process to get my money back due to not being able to speak to someone as to where my wifes package is. This company should not have any STARS.
Since writing this review someone contacted my wife and apologised for the delay.
The quality of the item we received is very good ,shame about the delivery. Upgraded to 3 stars

Sent the wrong grips
Sent the wrong grips. Promised to send the correct ones as there had been an error on the manufacturers behalf. Never did. Complained and got a refund, but no email to apologise. Dreadful service.
