I have bought from you and advised my clients to buy from you many many times in the past, all have been happy transactions. That being said this work top you sold.me is the worst I have recieved from any worktop company in the 20 yrs I have done this. It was riddled with wood worm marks, only half of those holes filled. I have bought many farmhouse worktops, this one that you supplied is simply awful. Justin

I look through their ranges on Ebay and decided on and then purchased three wooden work surfaces and some protective oil. Their communication was good, their delivery driver called before hand and also they use a text message service to let you know about delivery times and dates. They turned up exactly when they said they would, the order was complete and the surface are exactly as described and in perfect condition. I couldn't wish for a better service.

Please be aware that these guys will try to sell you items for more expensive over the phone and stock they don't have. I waited all day for a delivery that never turns up.Waste of time.

Poor quality oak worktops. Gaps inside wood and between stave ends.
Slabs not square either.
Terms and conditions give them any excuse not to help.
They expect every inch to be very closely inspected and oiled on delivery. Physically not possible.
Go elsewhere.

Bought a 3m oak worktop from this company for a very good price.
It arrived in perfect condition and our carpenter was very impressed with the price we paid for it!

Purchased Oak work top for kitchen and island and have had of issues with wood cracking and splitting in two different locations one on Island and one on kitchen work surface, even after oiling it as per they're instructions with Rustin's Danish oil every six months . When I contacted them they said that they couldn't do anything to help and sent me some filler sticks. Don't waste your money with this product. Once sold there is little or no Customer care..

Top product and top Delivery service. Highly Recommended.

Being such a big, heavy piece of solid wood, I fully expected the work surface to arrive marked and with chips out of the corners and edges but I was completely wrong. It was delivered by their own staff and it was absolutely free from marks - thank you!

Delighted with work tops, fabulous quality, ordered a 40mm and a 27mm thicknesses by 3 meters natural oak, and the finish is superb and a very competitive price. Fast delivery by two very polite men.

One of the best, most efficient companies I have dealt with. I ordered 4 beautiful worktops at excellent prices, and they were delivered quickly by Callum and Alan, who couldn't have been more helpful, giving me plenty of time to check the condition and bringing the tops safely inside with no hassle. Unfortunately one top was damaged, but replaced within two days by another fabulous crew, Kenny and Liam. At the moment when good quality products are hard to come by, and delivery drivers often have to simply leave things on the pavement outside your property, it is refreshing to have such helpful service.

Terrible quality and were not interested in replacing

Well I am glad so many people are happy ! I had a discount code that was bounced off and full payment taken ! Staff nurse here struggling a bit at the moment and trying to get kitchen redone ! Came in two days but have sent numerous messages even tried to ring but oooh big surprise no response ! Not interested at all once they have your money !

Just ordered their premium oak worktops and they look amazing, i made a mistake and ordered wrong length and they replaced it without any problems and next day delivery

I was able to buy a stainless steel splashback from Kitchen Surplus at a great rate and I couldn’t be happier. Delivery was done two days later and it was exactly what I had ordered. Now I’m able to clean up the mess from my gas cooker without breaking a sweat.

Shocking service - ordered, no contact for over 3 weeks, phoned me the day before delivery (news to me) to tell me that the item (showing as in stock when I ordered) was actually out of stock. "Happy" to send me a replacement larger item that I would have to "cut a bit off" but want to charge me a load more money for the privilege - I could also wait another month for it to come back in stock if I wanted!?but these are the only two options available. Asked to speak to a manager, refused rudely. CS operative seemed glad when I said just refund my money and then hung up on me. Yet to receive refund (I would expect this to be done immediately) and now I am back to square one, when I needed this wood weeks ago. My advice, be careful and if you really want to order from this company maybe call to make sure they actually have what they say they do, as with me, they didn't. Never had to leave a negative review before, but this is seriously unacceptable. The weird thing is they could have easily just upgraded me for free and still made money, now they lost the sale and ended up with a bad review just through being stubborn from what I can see - how companies survive in this day and age with customer service policies like this is beyond me. Fair enough make a mistake but the measure of you is how you rectify this and today, you didn't. You let me down. Thanks.

Your worktops, quality, speed and service have been refreshingly superb!! They look great, after some more oil, they look show room quality. Delivery was faster than expected. Perfect addition to our new home. Thanks.

I never normally leave these review’s, but, on the occasion I feel I should.
I have now received two beech worktops, both delivered within a couple of days and instead of the standard delivery people these chaps were charming and friendly. They allowed me to take my time to inspect the tops, & even turned them over for a thorough look.
My husband is a carpenter & joiner and has fitted loads of this type of worktop, so he is an utter nightmare when it comes to quality of wood. He said they were some of the BEST he had come across and definitely at that price!!
HONESTLY PERFECT!!

Ordered oak kitchen worktops at a great price and arranged to collect from the local depot. 2 days later, I got a call and email saying the order was ready for collection and the guys in the warehouse helped us load them onto the van. Great products and service at a fab price - would recommend.

I wasn’t home for the delivery so i rung them and they came back the next day. Very pleased.
