I purchased an item they had advertised on their website only to receive an email that the product was not in stock because it had been discontinued and no longer available! Need to improve the updating of the inventory they are selling on their website, so it is timely and accurate. My trust in this business has evaporated.

Good choice of product and easy to use web interface. Prompt response to email follow-ups on delivery.
However, they were very slow to deliver and did not communicate expected dispatch/delivery well at all. From order to delivery ended up being nearly 4 weeks which is significantly longer than other local suppliers. Was promised expedited delivery but didn't get it.
