The kitchen sink was delivered promptly, but damaged. Spoke to a representative via online chat and was advised to email. There has been no response. Unable to find a contact number online. Very dissatisfied with the non existent customer service.
I ordered a bin which never arrived. I emailed customer services several times and didn't get a response. I've now opened a dispute with paypal!
Great prices so I ordered a tap and soap dispenser but they weren't exactly what I was looking for when they arrived. Hassle free returns procedure with a quick refund - what's not to like? Would use again.
I am based in the UK and bought a Blanco sink from this place as it was considerably cheaper than everywhere else. After 18 months the sink waste basket failed and Blanco didnt want to know as i had bought from outside the UK. i contacted kitchenmarket and they sent me a brand new strainer straight away, great customer service!

Only gripe is they use DPD couriers which meant a predictable headache with non delivery and would urge them to use anyone else (perhaps bar TNT who are equally bad!) to improve the overall experience.
