I ordered a product and immediately payed it via Bank transfer.
They cancelled the order anyhow, it’s two months now, they don’t reply to any kind of message, it’s a desaster.
Never will order there again!!!

I ordered a product from kitchenshop.bg, but what I received did not match the description on their website (the volumes of the advertised product differed from the delivered product). I returned the item as is my right under consumer law.

What followed was an absolute disgrace in terms of customer service. The communication throughout was extremely poor, unhelpful, and showed a complete lack of respect for the customer. They even measured volumes with linear centimeters...

This level of behavior and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. Misleading product descriptions, refusal to honor legal obligations, and the lowest standard of customer care I have ever experienced.

Despite the legal obligation to reimburse the money within 14 calendar days, I have still not received in my bank account.

I strongly advise others to stay away from this store – they simply cannot be trusted to deliver what they promise or to treat their customers fairly.

My experience was .. Excellent service. Everything in order, Tracked and on time.

No hesitation purchasing again.

Food products sold without warning, with an expiration date of less than one month (SodaStream lemonade syrup and 7UP), the store does not refund money on returned products although it promises in email correspondence that the return is in process and the money will be transferred at a later date... (Nostradamus knows when), nothing actually happens! I don't recommend, google what you are interested in and you will find more results, rather than getting annoyed at KitchenShop.ro...a big waste of time and a lot of stress for the convenience of the employees of this ignorant shop!
