I ordered several of these after Christmas. Everyone who received one loves it, and I love mine! I can’t believe how easy it was to make pizzelles with the danish whisk. Can’t wait to try it on other recipes.

Order was received quite quickly. I started using them right away and I really like them. I use them in cooking and baking. They sit very well in the hand. They are a must.

I almost bought everything and each one is making cooking fun, easier and less time to do things.

I bought the wonderful Swedish dough whisk sometime back (about 8 weeks) and I absolutely loved it. I loved it so much I bought two more for two friends!
Since my review posted to KS, one has been given and her smile was precious!
I can’t wait to give the second one!
Works beautifully with bread dough and scrambling eggs!
I’m certainly glad I came across Kitchen Soufflé. This is going to be at the front of my mind as I go thru my Christmas list.

In the past month, I've found many times when I realize I'm glad to have this Dish Cloth. When damp, it has a good hefty feel. It's rather stiff when dry, however - no surprise based on its cellulose content.

I do wish the package contained cloths of 2 different colors, so I could use one for dishes, sink, and counter, and the second for the floor. Until then, I just clip a bit off one corner to distinguish which to use.

Overall, I'm very glad with my purchase. Looking forward to having one to compost.

This is the best kitchen gadget that I have.
It is so easy-to-use and does a great job when I make gravy.
I would suggest that everyone needs this gadget in their kitchen.

I love the baking tools. I have the dough whisk and it has made making thick bread and cookie doughs easy. It works great for mixing my sour dough starter when I feed it.
Then there is the small flour or confectionery sugar duster. It has helped me to easily control the amount of dusting especially in my baneton when preparing for a sour dough rise.
All in all these tools do exactly what they say!

I am so happy I ordered these Dutch Whisks. I use it for whipping dairy products, beating eggs, blending dry ingredients, mixing batters and more! I like it so much I have gifted several women with the Dutch Whisk. Honestly, in my cookie recipes when I add chocolate chips or nuts, it takes 3-4 passes with the whisk and they’re mixed in!

I recently purchased a sugar shaker. I cook quite a bit of scratch pizzas at home. I needed this tool to help me conserve the semolina flour, that I use,to dust the container for proofing the dough. It really coats the container very evenly. LOVE IT...............

EDIT: Kitchen Souffle was caring enough to reply to my review. I sent an email with a picture of broken whisk. I truly wasn't expecting another whisk I just figured it was money lost. I was surprised when I was notified another had been sent to me. I'm actually relieved they cared & will give their products another chance.
Original Post: I purchase the Danish Dough Whisk & on first use the whisk detached from the handle. I'll shop local from now on.

I am so happy with this simple kitchen tool ! I have used it on biscuits, pancakes,cake mix, brownies, even bread. Easy to use, clean, and no getting my mixer out!

I have a cloth pastry mat but it is difficult to clean after use. I found the silicone pastry mat on the kitchen soufflé website and I knew I needed to purchase one for myself. I love this one and it cleans so well!

I purchased the bread proofing bowl and the Danish dough whisk from kitchensouffle.com. I didn't use the pastry liner in the bowl, just heavily floured the bowl as my recipe suggested. The loaf was GORGEOUS, Perfectly shaped, patterned and with a crisp crust. The dough didn't stick and the excess flour easily fell out with a tap on the sink. The bowl was wiped out with a paper towel, no water needed and is ready for the next bake. A PERFECT tool for a PERFECT loaf of European quality bread!
I ordered the Danish whip, solely because I am of Danish heritage and thought it would look FUN in my tool jar beside the stove! While it INDEED is FUN in my tool jar, I have discovered it really is a GREAT tool, very sturdy and with the openness of the heavy wire, it works great too for stirring or mixing and is very easily cleaned with a whisk in soapy water. Definite FUN in your kitchen.

I would never do business with kitchensouffle again. Never! I ordered the whisk almost two months ago. I have been billed and I have remitted payment; foolishly. I have emailed customer service several times only to be told it shipped. Last communication once again said shipped. Still not even a tracking number. I have requested a refund and was told it was impossible as it has shipped. Really? Customer service is inefficient and amateurish. What a giant hassle over a whisk!

ORDERED THE DANISH DOUGH WISK AND I LOVE IT. IT WORKS BEAUTIFUL. I HAVE USED MANY WISKS BUT THIS ONE IS THE ONE TO GET. IT IS EASY TO CLEAN AND WORKS GREAT. I LOVE IT!!!!

I love this product; however, the handle has a split in the wood. I am hoping the customer service department can direct me as to how resolve this issue.

I ordered the scoop sifter. I love this product best invention ever. Works great. Highly recommend especially if you are a baker. I also ordered the danish dough whisk as well as their rolling pin. Every one of them has met my expectations and made well.

I love my whisk!!! I was so impressed with it, I bought 5 more for Christmas presents!!! And they love them, too!!! Easy to use and much easier on the arm than a traditional whisk or spatula!!! I pass the word any chance I get!
