There is no language option for Turkey. I think the variety of goods is not enough.

I was victim of pharming.
Customer Experience Team reached out and offered a refund for the subscription fee that had been taken initially as a result of the pharming.
Communication was swift and professional

this is a total fraud web site kitchenstyle.store.i was purchasing some items in offer but it shows that payment not done.After 3 days i have recieved a deduction of 48.50 euros without my information as a fraud membership.when i inquire and found kitchenstyle e:mail in my spam folder that your membership done and a fee is deducted etc.i want to say this is total fraud and shall be reported to authorities.i have send e;mail for cancellation of membership and refund of my money but no use.

Bought a service from an advertisement not related to this company. (Or so I thought). Next thing I know is I have unknowingly signed up to a membership. Where they intend to take 48.90 euros from my account in three days. I have cancelled my account with 14 days notice and they will still take monies for membership during this period. Beware if you pay for something and suddenly you get a welcome email from this company.

UPDATE: Since I posted this review Josh at Kitchenstyle has been in contact and is now addressing my concerns and assures me that I will receive a full refund and immediate cancellation of my membership.

They are very helpful

After asking for a refund, I was put in contact with Eugene, and she was really kind and informative. The company did not give me any issues, and they continuously checked in to make sure that my query was met. Eugene made a follow up call to check if I was happy and satisfied with how the refund went.

So far so good, prompt response received on the escalated issue

They sell Rimowa briefcase for 2USD in Facebook, but there is a bait of subscription to kitchenstyle.store, after that they automatically take subscription 33USD every 3 days. Forget about redemption, just report to your Credit Card to change card.

Definitely a SCAM! Please stay away from this company. Even if you have cancelled your subscription, they will continue taking money from your account. One after the other in just 3 days intervals. When you contact them, their customer service will just end your conversation. And when you email them, they will never mention a refund. So, BEWARE of this company!

After an initial misunderstanding of this company..
We were able to resolve the original problem and a refund was offered.
And for that reason I give this company this star rating

For God's sake, how desperate is this company for money that they feel the need to scam people at all, let alone in a cost of living crisis!!! I've just emailed them demanding refunds. I may well have inadvertently signed up for a VIP scheme but accessing my bank details via Shein was absolutely not agreed to. I've asked my bank to block future debits but even this isn't guaranteed. Very much looking forward to their reply.
Update 1 - I have no idea how to respond to their reply, they really could just reply via the email I sent to their support email yesterday!
Update 2 - They're finally in touch and offering a refund but only in return for a star review. Looking forward to getting my money back

This is a scam. I was on a website for book downloads and put in my card info for a free trial subscription. Suddenly, I'm getting charged by different websites, including KitchenStyle.Store. I chatted with 2 of their agents and they would not refund me even though I did NOT sign up for this website. Pishing scam.

Saw an offer I have won iPhone 13. Send £2 postage. In my account it says payment received by TV.Shop. TV.shop said they had no idea of the offer and yet could not provide me with the membership offer for £2.
Then found out Kitchenstyle and TV Shop are the same company. SCAM NO FURTHER COMMITMENTS

this is a phishing website which takes your bank information without your consent or knowledge. And then refuse to refund it. It signs you up for some bogus offer. I wish I could rate it lower.

To the person who replied to this review: You people scammed me out of more than 100 GBP, even after I BEGGED you to refund me and explained the situation. Thanks for making a broke student's life even worse. Please do not go to this website.
