SUPER fast shipping. Was told my order might arrive around December 31 and instead, I received it on 12/2! We love our plates and bowls and are very pleased with the quality as well as the packing and shipping.

Got a wrong product after waiting so much

I ordered a steakpan and after waiting for over a week , I got some other product and then I have to reship it back. and its been more than 15 days i have not received my pan yet.
i ordered first time form Kitchentime and this is the kind of service I am getting.
