Bought item on line

Bought item on line - the purchase was a success and fairly quick delivery. The only drawback was poor communication. There was no indication that the item was being sent. I sent an email asking about the update and got no answer. The first attempt at purchase failed at PayPal and wasn't sure what had happened. Then got an auto-email saying an account had been created so tried again.
We got the product which was good - it would be good if they improved on telepathy to actual communication skills.

This company does seem legitimate

After placing an order I became worried about the companies legitimacy as there are a number of alarm bells. The main website page is a blog page with no links to any products so they are reliant upon google search results. There were only 2 reviews on Trustpilot. The company and website is only recently registered (Jan 2022) with only 1 person named on companies house. So I was surprised when I received a missed delivery card from Victoria Plumb given I had placed my order with kitchentoiletbathroom.co.uk. When I contacted Victoria Plum I managed to find that and order had been placed with them by Powerpillar Ltd. The same person is listed on companies house for both Powerpillar Ltd and KT Bathrooms LTD. Victoria Plum stated they do deliver for other companies so I'm assuming that KT Bathrooms LTD is a reseller of some sort.

Despite my fear I had been scammed I have actually received a good service however the website needs improvement to give more information to provide customer confidence.
