Very useful and well made baking/roasting tin.
I purchased a baking tin from Kitchenware Express on the Tesco website. The tin was not expensive but was surprisingly good quality and design; the tin was fairly heavy and had a durable finish and I liked the wider lip on one side to aid getting it out of the oven.

Awful service
Awful service. I am advised that our parcel would be delivered on 21st January by DPD it never arrived .No explanation but the tracking system told me that it had been returned to the sender. No explanation from them although they had taken payment. I await reimbursement.

Out with old in with the new
Fabulous the egg maker is wonderful. Made poached eggs and boiled both were lovely. So easy to use. Easy to clean. Haven’t tried the omelette yet but I love this gadget.

You cannot return an order until…
You cannot return an order until customer service have contacted you which is all very well but they ignore you. I have emailed them and sent numerous messages on messenger. Three working days they claim and it’s been 6 with no reply. . Someone called Amy closed my request yesterday by email so if she took the time out to do that she could have approved my return request simple. Delivery is extremely slow too. I want my £139 back and who knows how long that will take if they can’t even answer a message.

Kitchen Express to be renamed Kitchen Hopeless
On the 1st Jan 2024,I ordered presents from Kitchenware Express (KE), for my Wife's Birthday on Jan 8. KE promised delivery between the 5th and 7th Jan; in fact they only shipped on the 8th Jan. KE did not reply to any of my emails. They are clearly a SCAM outfit and if I hadn't badger'd KE with multiple emails and media threats, they wouldn't have shipped anything to me. Don't trust them, they are only good at taking money from you!!!!!
