Kitchen Wrapper Reviews

I had my kitchen wrapped by this company and the final finish looks stunning!

The process did end up having a few hurdles. The job was initially expected to take 1-2 days, but due to a shortage of vinyl halfway through the work, it took longer to complete than initially planned. I felt communication could have been better throughout the process and I did have to follow up for updates more than I would have expected.

However, after I raised my concerns, the owner Alex personally got in touch with me. He took the time to listen properly to everything I had experienced, addressed the issues directly, and reassured me that changes are being implemented to improve the process going forward. He also worked with me to resolve the situation in a fair way, and I really appreciated the level of care and professionalism he showed at that stage.

Since then, the customer service has been excellent and I felt my concerns were taken seriously.

Overall, the finished result looks amazing. You genuinely can't tell at all that it's been wrapped; it looks completely bespoke! I would highly recommend booking in with them, especially based on how positively things were handled once the issues were raised.

Kitchen Wrapper provided an excellent service from start to finish. They really listened to what I was looking for and made sure the final result matched exactly what I had in mind. Throughout the whole process they kept me updated, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free, and the communication was great at every stage.

Everyone involved, from the sales team through to the fitters, was very friendly and approachable, which made the whole experience even better. They were always happy to answer questions and made sure I felt confident with everything along the way.

I’m really happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional kitchen wrapping service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My kitchen looks fantastic, they were really quick and left the place spotless. Can’t reccomend enough

Had 14 drawers and 3 doors wrapped.
4 kick plates made, wrapped and fitted.
The lovely Graham arrived and took all the fronts away, he came back the next day and refitted everything.
We chose a woodgrain wrap with a slightly satin finish.
We are absolutely thrilled with the end result. All the staff are lovely and nothing was too much trouble.
I will be recommending them to others.

Would definitely recommend, what a transformation . From start to finish was kept informed about arrival times what was going to be done and nothing was a problem to the fitters who were great .

Tremendous

I have recently had my kitchen wrapped by Kitchen Wrapper and I highly recommend this company. The workmanship and eye for detail is second to none.

From the first enquiry Lorraine was more than helpful and invited us along to Glasgow to have a look around the showroom. No pressure sales just a sit down and discussion on what would work best for us- we decided and paid our deposit.

Iain and Steven were our fitters and they were brilliant. Driving from Glasgow to Fife they arrived with a smile and got on with the job to a very high standard. They took a real pride in their work and even added bits in to make the kitchen look even better.

I am very pleased with my kitchen first class job .All of the guys were amazing the price was well worth it as my kitchen is stunning. Would like to thank Lorraine as she was brilliant from start to finish .Would really recommend getting your kitchen done from this company .very happy customer

I followed this company on Tiktok for a few years before deciding to go ahead with my kitchen. I had a full kitchen wrap, cupboards replaced, splashback wrapped, a new sink fitted and a new hob. Overall very pleased with the work and I now love my kitchen. Ian and Stephen were great and went over and above to ensure they got the job finished. The negatives were, it took longer than planned and initially there was a change of workers which I think also held it up. However, i think there was more work than initially planned, my sink and hob was larger and the boys had to cut worktop and re adjust pipework. The standard of work is fantastic and I'm very pleased with it.

From start to finish it was a good experience. Iain carried out the survey and came back to check on completion of the work. He gave good customer service .
Steven carried out the work and also had fantastic customer services and he was very respectful in my home and with me. He is very skilled with an eye for details and skills to match. A talented man who praised team working in the company including the owner, the manager Ian, the other work colleagues including Lorraine who coordinates the work and diaries. Ian was also complementary about his colleagues which is a sign people respect each other. Good team work results in good quality and that reflects the job they did for me. I’d hire them in a minute if it was my company.
The young apprentice was also respectful and Steven was supervising snd coaching .

Turned mums dated kitchen into a modern fresh one.
Highly recommend kitchen wrapper
Alex banter is also free !

I am a returning customer, Iain done a superb job today, very pleasant, well mannered, and easy going guy. Communication was excellent from Lorraine, all round great service and affordable prices. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is interested. Thanks again Iain top man 👍

I cannot recommend Kitchenwrapper highly enough. As someone caring for my disabled wife at home, I was concerned about the disruption a kitchen renovation might cause, but the Kitchenwrapper team made the entire process completely stress-free.

From start to finish, their staff were exceptionally polite and understanding of our specific needs. They were always helpful, friendly and showed such kindness to my wife throughout the project. The communication was outstanding - we received regular updates about every stage of the work, which gave us great peace of mind.

The transformation of our kitchen is nothing short of amazing. It truly looks like a brand new kitchen, but at a fraction of the cost of a full replacement. The quality of their work is exceptional, with incredible attention to detail evident in every aspect.

What particularly impressed us was how efficiently they worked while maintaining such high standards. They respected our home and our circumstances, which meant everything to us.

The quote we received initially was exactly what we paid - no surprises or hidden costs, which we really appreciated as we're on a fixed income.

If you're considering updating your kitchen, especially if you have specific circumstances like we do, I wholeheartedly recommend Kitchenwrapper. They've made our daily lives so much better with our beautiful new kitchen space.

We are over the moon with our experience from kitchen wrappers they provide professionalism throughout the whole of the job, great communication and attention to detail they walked us through the whole process with showing us the show room and what styles and designs they have to offer which were all amazing , we could not thank Iain and Steven enough for there hard work and dedication on the job they were fantastic
