Ordered 3 Liverpool Kits, quality was amazing especially for the price was very happy! Can’t wait to get more soon

I had bought 3 jersey and 1 free one from kit culture on 13th of Feb.
I was so stressed cause it had been 20+ days with no update but finally i receive my orders.
Well my mind is blown by the quality.
It would be great if you guys focus more on communication so that customers can feel more secure.
It would be a 5 star review but due to the delivery time minus one review hehe.

Pure scam... stay away. ordered one jersey weeks ago and not even a reply when emailing them.

Total scam, ordered 4 shirts and I’ve heard nothing from them whatsoever, no email back or anything. Still no delivery. Absolutely shocking

I ordered 3 jerseys size XL size one size up from what was suggested on the website. I asked to exchange them as the jerseys were extremely tight. I was told no. I followed their directions and bought the jerseys one size up. But the jerseys are extremely tight. They are a medium at best. Unacceptable. I should take him to small claims court. I’m furious. Guy won’t exchange the jerseys.

Ordered 2 jerseys, great quality, great price, took 4 weeks to arrive but i had ordered them on christmas eve. Will order again

Total scam, bought 4 jerseys since it was a buy 3 get 1 free. I haven’t gotten any of my jerseys and it’s been almost 30 days. Sent a chargeback request to my credit card company. This is been a horrible experience. Don’t buy from kitculture.

Clear to see this company is using many sites to sell poor quality knock offs. All the positive reviews are fake and most of them are repeats. I would AVOID

Kit arrived and was not as the quality advertised. Following an email, a full refund was made for my purchase.

Although the kit wasn't as expected, the company offered me a replacement and a full refund so really cant fault this.

Ordered two shirts in large, one was fine and the Ajax shirt was tiny, like xtra small. Emailed the company about it and had no response what so ever. Awful company, avoid at all cost.

This company are listed twice on Trust Pilot, they have fake positive reviews. They are also based in Australia, so returns, exchanges and refunds are non existent, make sure you avoid them

There appears to be 2 websites with similar domains. This review relates to kitculture.store but I have my sneaking suspicions that they are the same page. I looked at the previous reviews and thought this site seemed like a decent shop. I noted that when ordering the page says go up a size so I did and bought 4 tops, all XL. They arrived and one top appeared to be of poor quality, two of the XL tops fit and two were a S/M at very best.

So I sent an email and got a 1 line reply saying “Sorry mate, but did you check our sizing guide?” And that was it. I’ve sent a number of emails and had nothing back since, I’ve asked for exchanges and refunds and just been ignored.

Avoid. Go elsewhere and good luck.

Recently ordered an 07-08 Man Utd shirt from Kitculture knowing that, in a lot of cases, these shirts tend to be poor knock offs. However, the shirt I received today is absolutely superb and genuine!

Great material, great printing and overall great quality. My order took just under 2 weeks to arrive here in the UK. The storeowner is also really responsive over email.

No hesitation in recommending and I will be ordering more.

The quality of the kits are unreal! I also thought it was too good to true due to the price but when they are arrived I was made up! They arrived quickly and the communication has been great! I’d recommend ordering bigger sizes as they are slim fitted.

I’ll DEFINITELY be ordering more in the future!
