I had a confirmed appointment via email. I was running slightly late so tried to call them but there was a machine saying they couldnt' answer the phone right now. I emailed them instead. Upon arrival I found builders as they were still in refubishment. But hadn't though of letting me know. Or have an out of office reply. Or have anyone answer the phone. If this is their customer service when the shop is closed I'd hate to find out how it is when actually open. Looking forward to an apology!

* 2 weeks later I still have not heard anything from them at all, no replies to my emails

Wanted to update my look - great choice - great service. I have a complex prescription and they took it in their stride. Highly recommended.

Had an eye test. Fast, snazzy and easy.

The upside to paying for an eyetest is that they don’t try to rush you into any decisions. That being said, all of their frames are made in-house and seem to have incredible build quality (and looks) too.

professional friendly outfit, was not rushed into choosing frames/lenses, very patient with my many changes.

I had been a Kite customer for over 6 years. Bought my first pair of glasses when they were based in Statford Shopping centre.

This is my second visit to Kite Eyewear. I am always impressed by their warm welcome and great customer services. I had my new lenses (Zeiss) with existing Kite frame and blue ray coating. All had been done in four days and it's 100 pounds cheaper than elsewhere. I am very happy with the quality and would highly recommend.

This establishment has provided me with my frames for the past 3 years. I've experienced nothing but the finest customer service from these guys. On my visit last week, the manager himself (ask for Tony!) personally stayed with me for an hour to select frames and to have them fitted to my exact spec. If you're after top end, trendy/classy frames, tailor made not only to your prescription, but to your overall look, then this is the best opticians in the city to suit that purpose.

Long overdue to Kite Eyewear. Staff is great, service is efficient and most of all glasses design is just amazing and the quality is excellent... only problem there are too many wonderful designs to choose from! Accolades all around, especially to Tony and Mayda

This is my second time I’ve used Kite Eyewear, the service is amazing from Joe who tested my eyes to Tony serving me and Lincola beaming smile welcoming people into the shop.
Not only are the glasses outstanding and long lasting the service you get is outstanding to..
My Sophia glasses would still go on for a few more years there that good but unfortunately my eye site lens that needs updating.
So because I LOVE my Sophia glasses I’ve bought exactly the same as I just love them.. Defiantly recommend and I’m not going anywhere else from now on. Super cool glasses not like the standard you get everywhere else just awesome.

I broke my glasses a few weeks back and came across Kite Eyewear in the hope they could fix them for me quickly and for a fair price. Not only did they fix them within minutes, they didn't charge me! Big shoutouts to Lincoln and Andrea for being super friendly and really helpful. Great place, would definitely recommend.
