Simon was an amazing help for us throughout the process of a mortgage application and property purchase. He was always helpful, attentive, kind, swift and effective. He made it easy for us to reach out to him whenever we had questions or needed help. Knowing that we could rely on him, it made a huge difference to us when dealing with this incredibly stressful process. We wouldn’t have made it without him and we were so lucky to have found him. I was put in touch with Simon Hart at Kite Mortgages by my estate agents Alex & Matteo to help with the purchase of my first property. Even when we hit a little roadblock with one of the banks, he quickly found alternative solutions and explained the options available to me.
