Kith Soccer Jersey wasted my Monday morning

Kith contacted me via text and email to let me know about their special limited edition Kith Soccer Jersey. I took the bait and waited all morning, setting all kinds of reminders on my phone, only to end up seeing an ad with Jimmy Fallon and continuous advertisements to sign up for Kith’s texts and emails. How do they think I got there in the first place??? I am more frustrated with Kith than I have ever been with any other app. People complain about SNKRS, Supreme, Palace. They have got nothing on the disappointing app that Kithh produced. It was like they were desperate to show me anything other than what I wanted to buy. U am deleting the app. I’ll check in around big sale times. But raffles and drops on Kith are garbage!!

Backdoor with my Travis (My entry is Won)

Last day the 28th I won a raffle for the Nike Travis Scott Canary Yellow, and today the 10th they gave me a refund for the raffle I won. I find it SHAMEFUL that Kith people did this to me. Very bad service, probably someone who works there left my shoes. They take your money before the draw and then tell you that you win but you don't win. What a shame they don't answer me in the live chat.

Worst customer service, each product on their site has a drop down and you must check if it is final sale before purchasing even if the item is not on sale, you will be surprised to find out it’s non refundable

Ordered a pair of sneakers on 9th of May, received no notifications until 17th, enquired about this delay, got a quick response( which i appreciate) that they are having issues due to increased number of orders, and after another 2 days my order got cancelled, currently waiting for the refund

Kith is worth it in every sense

I've been making online orders from Kith Europe for several years and everything has been great. From product quality, to delivery times and customer support. A few weeks ago, an order I placed from the app had an incident during the delivery process and the support and resolution that Kith Support Team gave me was something that not many brands do to their customers.

Those small details that make Kith a brand that stands out among many others.

Bad Inventory management


I'm a big fan of Kith and Ronnie Fieg, but my online shopping experience on the Kith website has been less than ideal. On two occasions, my orders were refunded because the items were no longer available, even though the orders had been confirmed. Improved inventory management and better integration with the web-front are necessary to prevent such issues.

Additionally, the funds from unsuccessful drawing entries take a long time to be released back to me. This delay should be addressed as a key improvement, alongside the inventory management issues I've mentioned earlier.

I ordered my daughter some sneakers

I ordered my daughter some sneakers. I had put the write address in and some how it changed without me noticing so I put the order thru wen I got the confirmation email I noticed shipping address was wrong so I quickly went and changed the address on my account. And my order was still shipped to wrong address. I contacted KITH and UPS and they say theres nothing to be done… so don’t order from KITH… BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
