Kits is one of my favorite brands. I have ordered multiple frames and all are good. James was excellent. He is good at his job and understands customers' need. 4 of my friends bought from Kits after they saw my experience. Thank you and all the best!

I had two separate encounters with Kits customer care online and was left with a terrible experience that I would not use Kits again.
Today, I called and spoke with James and just like that the concerns I brought to the other reps were rectified, as a result I will definitely utilize kits in the future.

I was contacted recently by Kits about some amazing promotions they have that are not always listed on the we site. Well, as I wear specs 24/7 and have done for 30 years, and as I’m also a designer and interested in fashion, I was eager to buy a new pair!
Andrew helped me out. Explained current offers, gave me tips as a stylist, and walked me through placing my order. Andrew is 150% customer service driven, and so helpful, kind & patient.
My new glasses arrived only 3 business days later! Although that might have been exceptional, I have found Kits always turns your order around swiftly and with meticulous care.
In the box with my lovely new specs was a surprise thank you gift. That little extra touch just made it an added joy to have bought from Kits.
I have experimented with purchasing prescription glasses from several famous online eyeglass sales places, but was sorely disappointed by other eyeglass online sales places on these key points:
(1) QUALITY: most online frames are cheaply made;
(2) BUYING PROGRESSIVES ONLINE can be an extreme case of hit-n-miss: getting the placement of the “sweet spot” for progressive lenses can be a nightmare, giving you headaches, eye aches, and making them unwearable if it’s wrong. BUT KITS have got it right on 4 out of 4 pairs of progressives specs I have bought so far - that’s a 100% success rate - YAY! Kits will work tirelessly with you to get it right. TIP: Make sure you have your correct PD (Pupillary Distance) for both eyes before you order.
(3) VALUE: I have made 5 purchases from Kits.ca - 4 pairs of progressives including 2 with transitional lenses, and 1 pair of regular lenses with blue light blocking technology for those times when I am doing research on my iPad. ALL pairs have been a delight, and I love the savings. And I just ordered 2 more pairs, can’t wait to get them! Kits = #1 AAA+++ in my book! And no, I don't work for Kits, have no affiliation with them, and don’t write fake reviews for a living. They are just THAT GOOD!

received the first pair of glasses and they had fine scratches all over the lenses. received a replacement pair but then had to drive 30 minutes each way to drop off the first pair for return at post office. even with adjustments the frames still don't sit properly as they are made unevenly, one arm is longer and the nose pads are in slightly different places. I got scratch resistant coating, blue light blocker and transition lenses. the scratch resistant coating has been useless as my microfiber cloth has left scratches. the blue light blocker makes only a slight difference, but the transition darkening is a huge pain. it takes at least 10 minutes for them to get darker outside on a sunny day and then when I go inside I can't see for at least another 10 minutes as it feels like I'm wearing sunglasses. what a waste of money. the only reason they get 2 stars is for the prompt customer service.

Kits is simply the best company. My glasses arrived very quickly and look amazing. The virtual try-on is a great tool. Your prices are very affordable. Thank you.

I don’t post reviews often but need to make sure that this sort of service is recognized and shared. I visited twice with my parents and both times all the staff were very kind and helpful. Linus especially went out of his way to go above and beyond to help us with our purchases. My parents are quite particular with their glasses and we spent about 2 whole hours there in which Linus did everything he could to ensure we had everything we needed. Would 100% recommend coming here! The food and drinks are also great!

I had previously used glasses from a competitor (let's call them Shwarby Barker). Those classes lasted well and I thought I was going to get more from them until I found Kits. The same quality and styles at a lower price. I screwed up my prescription by not uploading my current one. I told them, they sent me an prepaid label to send them back and fix them with no charge. That's customer service!

I also have 3 pairs of sunglasses from them and couldn't be happier with fit, finish and quality.

Outstanding company - great service, excellent products, value prices. Highly recommended on every count.

These guys are legit! I’ve ordered more than 4 pairs, and so happy every time, with prescription, customer service, etc. I even got my whole family ordering from them!

I promised to write and update my journey of purchasing eyewear online from Kits Canada. If you remember, I first wrote some unkind but true words about the company Kits.com. I am now writing this addendum because after the first review was read by Kits.ca my eyeglasses magically appeared on my on my doorstep within a couple days. I have to say I didn’t expect much from this company( past performance usually dictates future performance)…but, now I have a new beautiful glasses From Kits. Keep up the good work.
