Only clothing brand I’m obsessed about! I’m willing to pay more for better quality and these styles and fabrics don’t disappoint! Really love the Lissele and Darly design on top of cute lilac shipping packaging . Was wanting more feminine clothing made to last and I will be a customer for as long as Kitteny exists💗

Canceled Orders and Unwearable Designs

Ordered twice from them. Both times got canceled because they were out of stock even though it was available on their website. The first time, they send out an email saying that the box was labeled wrong and send me an invoice to get it which I did. The shoes were real leather quality but unfortunately cheaply made designs, they used velcro instead of buckles, and because of that the shoes constantly fall off and won’t stay on. The flower accent fell off after one wears. Also, it was on sales so I can’t return which is fine, I can get these fixed and replaced with buckles at the cobbler but considering that the shoes were almost $100, I felt like the wearability of the design should’ve been better. The second time I ordered from them, the order got canceled again. I’m so confused? Is it in stock or not?

I appreciate that they used quality materials but they should also test the wearability of their products. The shipping were good, their customer service are great. This is just unfortunate on their product designs. I will still continue to support them in the future. I hope they take these factors in account and fix them.

EDIT: they reached out and offered to fix the issue by giving me the option for a store credit or replacement.

Hi Minh, I'm so sorry that there was an inventory error when you ordered your dress - we do our best, but mistakes can happen! As for the shoes, we did have about 5 boxes that the factory had mislabeled (we've since fixed that). The straps on the shoes shouldn't come off easily, but we also have that extra layer of padded binding around the top to keep your foot in without even needing the straps. I wore the first sample four months before making these, to make sure they were comfy/durable! The rosette is sewed on with super thick thread so definitely shouldn't have fallen off. We always replace any defective or damaged items though, all you have to do is email - we stand behind our quality! ♡ Anyways I'm sorry and I hope you have a better experience with us next time x

Lost package

Unfortunately my package got lost by UPS. Kitteny looked into it, refunded me within a day when they found out about it too, which I appreciate a lot.

It’s not their fault at all for me not receiving my order in the slightest as they did send them out the next day after ordering them.

They kept in contact with me the whole time just to keep me updated, so I know they are a wonderful business with amazing ethics and care for their customers too 🩷

awful quality

awful quality! i bought a shirt from them a few months back and returned it. i wasn't able to get my money back because they said there were deodorant marks on my shirt when i don't even wear deodorant in the first place as someone with no bo. i used the gift card to get a dress but the dress was awful quality too! it was so itchy and thin and flared out in this unappealing way. i'm sure they must delete bad reviews because if i saw a single review before buying i would have never bought here.

Hi Enya, our return policy is very clear that we only accept items that are returned in the original condition. We send pictures of any damaged returned items that we receive and give the option of store credit or having the item sent back to you. As for quality, we use 100% cotton instead of cheaper synthetic fabrics. Cotton shouldn't be itchy. We do use a nice floaty cotton so it can be thin but we always fully line it if so.

DO NOT BUY FROM KITTENY. I ordered from kitteny about a year ago and was so so so disappointed by what I received. I had had my eye on one of their dresses for months and was so excited to purchase one for my high school graduation. Unfortunately when it arrived I realized it was completely unwearable, not only do their sizes run incredibly small but their quality is TERRIBLE. The cups in the dress were completely warped and bent and only looked worse when the dress was put on, making my bust look strange and pointy and even fold inward. I tried for hours to iron them out into something that was wearable but had to give up. After all this I wrote a bad review on their site to warn other people and within a couple of weeks my review was deleted.

Hi Violet, I'm sorry that you had a bad experience. We put a lot of sizing info on the site - the model measurements/what size they are wearing, specific fit recommendations for each item, and the size chart that we fit to (which is pretty standard). Each item has several photos (usually on multiple sizes) and we never pin or alter garments for photos in any way. Most styles have a video online as well. What you see is what you get.

Our quality is quite good, we're not fast fashion and take a lot of care with our designs and the materials. Our underwires are good quality and have caps (to prevent poking through) as well as casing (makes them more comfortable).

It's also very easy to return items, we have a 30 day return policy and we stand by our product if there are any defects. We always respond to any emails or DMs to resolve issues.

Shoe sizing and review deletions

I bought a pair of the pink Jeanne shoes in a size 8. The descriptions recommends sizing down if you’re between sizes in order to wear socks with it, but 8 is my regular size. When I received the shoes, there was 1.5 centimeters of space between my heel and the back of the shoe. Stuffing my toe, adding an insole, and adding a heel grip all didn’t work to keep it on my foot. Socks certainly didn’t help. No returns since I bought it on sale. They were adorable, but had a couple of other issues and I left a two star review saying that other customers should size down no matter what, not just if they’re between sizes. The size chart was inaccurate. As of writing this review, however, this is not available on the shoe listing on their website. This, the lack of anything below 3 stars on all of their other items, and the other Trustpilot review all lend me to believe they that carefully monitor and delete negative feedback from their website.

EDIT: The owner graciously offered a refund after I reached out. The reviews on their site are run through a third party service. Best of luck to the Kitteny team.

Though I'm worried too because others have not had the same experience with the sizing being too large, and if they read your review they'd size down. Good Quality & Service

I recently purchased a dress. I received the dress with a small defect and a sizing issue. After bringing it up they quickly resolved the issue with kindness.
Otherwise though, the stitching and fabric quality seem very good, and the small details on each piece are super cute.
The product pictures and reviews for many products are clearly specified and shown. Which I really enjoy. So, I believe as long as you fully read the description of the product you are buying, you will be very happy about your purchase.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I had a beyond bad customer service after I thought I had found my new favorite brand. I paid 148 plus tax for the pink cherise shoes. I was so excited to receive them cause I’m obsessed with the roses and rosettes right now, I was waiting to try them on to make sure they fit right to order the ones in red along with some dresses but when they finally got here, one of the shoes had extremely wrinkled heel and base, it looks super bad, like there was something wrong with quality control, don't tell me its cause its a leather shoe cause I have a lot of handmade leather shoes and they don't look like that, even the heels of used cherise shoes on sale on Poshmark look better than the new one I received (I would have received a nicer better condition pair if I had ordered the used ones on poshmark)… so I emailed twice and provided pictures in both emails and I didn't even get a response, not even a sorry you cant exchange, nothing, zero response after a week of emailing twice. For this reason you lost a new customer that was about to put a second order of +500 dollars.. I’ll continue to take my money to revolve or for love and lemons better, websites and customer service I can actually trust, thanks

Edit: they emailed me right away after seeing my review and offered me to return them without the box and tag cause I already thew them out after a week, all for a full refund. I re-ordered the shoes with my credit card before getting the refund cause I don't want them to sold out, I’ll for sure order the red ones and other stuff if pink come in good condition, thanks a lot!

The clothes are cute and well made but…

The clothes are cute and well made but unfortunately they do run much smaller than the size chart and if you point that out on the website, the owner argues with you about it. The dresses are almost always modeled on someone very thin and that wouldn’t be a problem if the brand just catered to smaller bodies, I just wish they wouldn’t pretend they didn’t. I’m a 34B and a size 4-6 in most brands but in Kitteny I buy a medium and the adjustable lace up back still stretches to capacity in order for me to fit, and that’s every garment.

It's disappointing that you would damage our small business with a 2-star review. :( We try to provide the best customer service we can with sizing, and we photograph almost every style on multiple sizes/body types of models and put their measurements online. There's a 'fitting room' page on the site showing the clothes on several sizes of people (not models) along with their measurements as well. We never pin, clip, or alter garments in shoots. We are not trying to misrepresent our sizing as ofc it's in our best interest that things fit people well, though fit can still be a personal preference! I'm really sorry that you had a bad experience.

Kitteny has quickly become one of my favorite small brands. I adore fashion and feminine styles, and its like they read my mind with the dresses and adorable sets they put out. Their customer service is top-notch, if there’s ever an issue with my orders they are quick to help me out. I’m also very petite and lately I’ve noticed many brands have just been making their sizes bigger and bigger which is not ideal for me. Kitteny has a wonderful range of sizes and the clothes fit and flatter me like they were made just for me. Thanks Kitteny for giving me the clothes I need to feel like a princess! ☺️💕

I love Kitteny!!

I love Kitteny! I have ordered form then three times, all received within a week, and fall in love with every piece I buy. Great quality and you can tell the owner really cares and works hard for her brand. Honestly not even pricey considering the quality and what fast fashion brands charge for unethical clothes with cheap material. I cannot recommend this brand enough!

Clothes are cute but the company isn’t the best to deal with it there are any issues with shipping or you need a refund. It has been a nightmare to be honest.

There was an issue with shipping and I thought the package was lost. I contacted kitteny about it and they basically told me I’m outta luck because I didn’t purchase the extra package protection. They advertise free shipping yet it’s a little disingenuous as it is not truly free when you must purchase package protection so you don’t lose hundreds of dollars in the mail. I have also never had this happen to me ever living at this address so basically if the company messes up and the package doesn’t arrive you are still outta luck.

The clothes were okay. A little pricey for the quality of fabric and what they are but it’s a small business so I am willing to pay the premium. Be wary that they fit tighter than the stated size chart on the website. Maybe it was my bad experience with customer service that soured my opinion on the clothes themselves. I don’t know. But I wanted a refund.

It took almost a month for me to even see a refund notification. I didn’t get refunded the full amount even after accounting for the shipping return label fee. Nowhere in their return policy does it state a reason someone would get less than the full amount. (The clothes were still brand new. I tried them on once. Surely simply trying them on very carefully isn’t enough for them to be less than new? Maybe for kitteny it is.) Nowhere in the return notification does it say WHY I got less than the full amount refunded. Very shady.

I was thinking of reordering for a different size but this has been a nightmare and I am done with this company.

Hi! Just seeing this - you emailed us worried that you had the wrong zip code on your order. USPS already had it, so we couldn't change anything. USPS said there was a forward on your address, so we filed a claim but they said that the received needed to, which I let you know. I also let you know that if it was returned to sender that we would send it back out, for free. Our shipping is free, and we cover lost packages with a claim.

Anyways, you did receive your package, and then you returned it and we refunded you. We charge $6 for return labels (they cost us about $8-15).
There was a mistake on our part where there was a promotional gift ($12) that affected the amount of the refund, but we quickly fixed that and you were refunded for everything! We aren't trying to cheat anyone, it was just a little weird issue from a free promotional item.

Quality-wise, we are ethically made and use all natural fabrics.
