I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I had a beyond bad customer service after I thought I had found my new favorite brand. I paid 148 plus tax for the pink cherise shoes. I was so excited to receive them cause I’m obsessed with the roses and rosettes right now, I was waiting to try them on to make sure they fit right to order the ones in red along with some dresses but when they finally got here, one of the shoes had extremely wrinkled heel and base, it looks super bad, like there was something wrong with quality control, don't tell me its cause its a leather shoe cause I have a lot of handmade leather shoes and they don't look like that, even the heels of used cherise shoes on sale on Poshmark look better than the new one I received (I would have received a nicer better condition pair if I had ordered the used ones on poshmark)… so I emailed twice and provided pictures in both emails and I didn't even get a response, not even a sorry you cant exchange, nothing, zero response after a week of emailing twice. For this reason you lost a new customer that was about to put a second order of +500 dollars.. I’ll continue to take my money to revolve or for love and lemons better, websites and customer service I can actually trust, thanks
Edit: they emailed me right away after seeing my review and offered me to return them without the box and tag cause I already thew them out after a week, all for a full refund. I re-ordered the shoes with my credit card before getting the refund cause I don't want them to sold out, I’ll for sure order the red ones and other stuff if pink come in good condition, thanks a lot!
