Professionals from the start to the end! Had 2 glasses replaced and everything was outstanding - from getting in touch, to getting the quote, to having a member of the team do the measurements to the actual installation process! Thank you for the great service!
Had double glazed unit replaced. So easy, one phone call, sized up the same day and returned on the given date. Paid over the phone. Fitter was excellent and insisted on clearing everything up after him. This is my second time using Kitts Green Glass, would not hesitate to recommend.

Just had my front door and back door done by Kitts Green Glass and must say the quality of work was outstanding the fitter was so professional kept me updated throughout the whole process and the price was very good will definitely recommend them to others

The company has changed hands and it NOT what it used to be so beware of the google reviews, as they are based on the previous owners work. They will lie and say the previous owner is still around but companies house says otherwise.
-They don't have their own fitters.
-They use a third party company to order their Eurocell windows from (sterling PVC).
-They promise install dates and never turn up.
-They only half install things and then leave for days without a return date in sight.
-They asked for £1500 extra before the job was completed (still isn't complete) because they 'mis quoted' and didn't realise the building company they had used for the brickwork was charging so much. (How is that our problem).
-They don't answer the phone or emails.
-The staff are rude and argumentative (they deservedly got it back) even when they have been caught out or know they're in the wrong. They lie a lot.
Avoid like the plague!

Since taking over the business, we have worked hard to continue serving customers while managing inherited projects and operational changes. We do dispute several points made in this review, including suggestions that we have been dishonest or intentionally misleading.
Like many companies in the industry, we do work with trusted third-party suppliers and contractors where appropriate, including for specialist products and building work. This is standard practice and does not affect the quality of the products we provide.
With regard to the additional costs mentioned, unforeseen building and structural requirements can occasionally arise during works, and these are discussed with customers before proceeding. We would never intentionally leave a project incomplete and remain committed to resolving outstanding matters.
We also strongly reject claims that our staff were rude or argumentative, although we acknowledge that frustrations on both sides may have led to difficult conversations.
We take all customer feedback seriously and would welcome the opportunity to resolve any remaining concerns directly.
