I’m so upset this company is definitely false advertising. They advertise these beautiful chunky wool clothes and what you actually get is crap made in china that’s so thin and I can not give these out as gifts. I’ve spent 125 pounds on what I thought was beautiful clothes . It’s so upsetting I now have to find more presents . I’ve notified my bank as this is definitely false advertising.Do NOT BUY

The images are of high quality and hinted at Icelandic workman ship
In reality it is cheap rubbish made in china
You will not get a refund
Be warned, the sizes are hyper small the fabric is thin and cheap

My husband ordered 2 items for me from this company. They were supposed to be christmas presents, but as soon as he saw what they sent him he was so disappointed he went ahead and showed it to me. He thought he was buying me 2 beautiful knitted pieces of clothing (coat and leggings) that he knew i'd love, if thats what they actually sent. Instead, we got items that were merely printed on. I could easily get my sewing machine out and make the exact same things in a day if I had the correct material. The coat just a thin piece of fleece lined material with a print. This company is an ABSOLUTE SCAM. False advertisement and WAY over priced for the product. High schoolers could make this in Home Economics class. The leggings are extremely thin pieces of stretch material that are printed on. I looked at the photos on their website and they are definitely not reflective of the actual product. Id like a refund, but cant figure out how to go about requesting that.

Here was the email I ended up sending them:
"Dear Kittwst Customer Service,

I am writing regarding my recent order, #KT########, which I placed on 12 November 2025 for two pairs of knitted leggings, specifically the "Vintage Viking Tree Of Life Celtic Knot Art Knit Jacquard Cozy Leggings" and the "Vintage Viking Tree Of Life Celtic Knot Art Knit Cozy Leggings".

Upon receiving the package yesterday on 24 Nov, I found that the items delivered fundamentally differ from the product described on your website. The product listing clearly stated that these leggings were "Knitted" and "Thick and durable."

However, what I received is a garment made of thin, smooth spandex-like material with an extremely low-resolution print of a knitted pattern applied to the surface. This is a severe discrepancy, as a low-fidelity, printed representation is not only vastly different from but significantly inferior to a genuine knitted item.

I purchased these leggings as a high-quality Christmas gift for my wife, and due to this misrepresentation, the items are completely unsuitable for gifting. I am deeply disappointed that the product does not match the description I relied upon when making my purchase."

Unlike many others, I did get a response back from the customer service.

They said: "Thank you for the feedback and sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with it. We will continue to improve and control the quality and details more strictly in the future so that every customer will have a good shopping experience.

Because logistics and transportation are relatively slow now.It will take at least one month to reach our country.All returns need to be sent to China. The freight incurred by the return shall be borne by the buyer.Due to the long time and high cost of the return handling. Would you mind accepting a 20% discount coupon and keep the item?"

This is about the only option I have left, though I will never purchase from them again!

I ordered five men's sweaters from Kittwst. The images for each clearly showed thick, three-dimensional knitting, and I ensured that the descriptions also each read "Chunky" and "Knit" since I noticed that some of the items were described as having "printed" designs.

When received, NONE of the five sweaters are knitted. Each is a thin, machine-woven fabric with ink-printed design work. These are cheap, low quality trash.

Their return policy states you must get a return authorized by emailing "support *at* kittwst.com". Messages sent to that address are returned as undeliverable.

I'm attempting to reach them at "service *at*...". But given the other reviews I now find here, I seriously doubt that I'll ever see any reply.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM KITTWST!

I ordered a top .waited about 6weeks for delivery.
The item is nothing like the description, it's made of cheap low quality fabric.
It's not even worth cutting up for dust cloths it went straight in the bin.

I have no words i could use on here to describe this company.

If I could give a lower rating I would. Fake adverts as you definitely do not get what you buy. As others have said, thin printed poor quality hoodies. Been trying to claim money back via PayPal but they're not much help even though it's a scam site.

It's a scam. We received product it is nothing like the pictures it's really cheap cloth with a print on it not knit at all. The took my money no customer service number no refund. They have been reported to facebook and numerous business license agencies.

Tried multiple times to return shirt and place another order. THIS IS ONE OF THE ABSOLUTE COMPANIES TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THEY DON'T CARE, WON'T HELP. BUYER BE WARE. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

This is a screen printed, this material hoodie. Not woven.

Im am idiot for not checking the web for complaints. I emailed them back and asked for a refund. I doubt they will honor anything.

AI PHOTOS, not real.

Material is not what was promised, poor quality and mass printed NOT "the knitted looked" as presented. Absolutely zero customer service and no communication. My package finally came after a month and a half. Over priced poor quality, no customer service, to long to ship (i needed this for an event in hopes it was going to turn out nicer) never ordering from this company again. Not to mention nothing fits. Asked for a refund no one is getting back to me now.
