Intended to act on behalf of my family…

I am trying to act on behalf of my family member who is currently in poor medical condition. I needed assistance to serve legal papers, as I live overseas and am unable to handle this myself.
I reached out to these individuals for help, and they initially responded very quickly, seemingly eager to take on the job. However, after I sent them all the required information, they came back with an excuse that the KYC verification had failed. When I asked for more details about why the KYC failed and how to resolve the issue, they never responded again, and the process was simply dropped. Time waster, highly don't recommend this company.

Brilliant company

I needed papers to be served. I contacted this and other companies for comparison. This was far the most responsive. They contacted me and explained the process. They kept in touch and the job was done very quickly. I would definantly recommend
