If I could write a review without giving any stars I would. I ordered a personalized cat necklace of my cat that passed away. I heard nothing for 3 weeks. I contacted them 4 times with no response. Luckily I paid for it through Amazon pay and Amazon investigated and granted me a full refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! IT IS A SCAM!!!!!

Absolutely gorgeous. Echoing what others have said - it took me a little over 2 weeks to get my customized pieces. I got a little restless after the first week passed, but I got the shipping notification a day or two after that, and shipping itself was reasonably quick. The necklace was AMAZING and well worth the wait.

So I had come to believe that the negative reviews here were true and had given up on my order, but today it arrived and it was fantastic!

So great products, you just have to be MEGA patient.

I suspect the person making them has got in a bit over their heads and had a big backlog.

The jewelry ends up being VERY personal and lovely.

So despite the long wait, I do recommend!

This company did not ship any product to anyone for over a year and a half. The entire time they continued to take payments. It looks like they are now attempting to revive it. BEWARE. They are creating fake reviews on this site to fool you and they have deleted all the negative comments from their social media sites.

I loved the custom necklace I ordered. Shipping during the holiday season was slower than I expected, but I guess that makes sense given the quality of the custom piece.

I googled kittysensations today to order another one for my niece and saw the poor reviews they'd gotten here. I don't think that's fair. Shipping can certainly be slow, but I loved the product. Custom items take time and effort to make, and the price is more than reasonable. I'd rate the item a 10/5 and service a 4/5. Give these guys and gals a chance.

I had a terrific experience with kittysensations. They (Maria) were quick to answer my questions, and the custom necklace they made was beautiful and perfect. It did take about 3 weeks for the necklace to arrive, but I guess that's understandable since it's custom made. I'm surprised others have had such terrible experiences. Shipping was definitely not fast, but customer service was responsive and polite.

Ordered on nov 5th, got order confirmation, nothing since, i sent emails, messages through Messenger, no responses. Absolutely disgusting. I feel this is theft.

Ordered on 02 Nov 2021 - received an Order No. that permits tracking - apparently the items have been "Ordered" - sent 4 e-mails querying when I can expect my order - no replies - what a great example of how NOT to do business
